Oh man...
1/ Russian commentators are hinting that the Trump Administration orchestrated the release from Montenegro of Russian warblogger Mikhail 'Rybar' Zvinchuk, despite its $10 million bounty on his head, because it didn't want to blow up its diesel deal of the same day with Putin. ⬇️

According to Cloudflare Data Explorer the amount of russian bot traffic has dropped to 49% after Ukraine struck a yandex data center. Could this disrupt the midterm elections in the US?

Night of the Hunter
The disgraced former mayor of New York, Rudy (I was just tucking in my shirt) Giuliani, has threatened to sue me for defamation over an interview in which I never said his name. No one even mentioned him. I want to apologize to Rudy. Going forward I will be certain to say his name directly. Rudy, you worked with known Russian agents and their proxies to spread lies about me and my father. Their names are Andrii Derkach, Konstantin Kulyk, Andriy Telizhenko and Oleksandr Dubinsky and more. Kulyk handed you a dossier filled with disinformation. You flew to Kyiv in December 2019 to sit down with Derkach, then went on television with him to sell his bullshit tapes. Trump’s own national security adviser warned the White House that what you brought back was Russian disinformation. You kept going. Then Trump’s own Treasury Secretary, Steven Mnuchin, sanctioned Derkach in September 2020 as an active Russian agent for over a decade, for spreading the same lies you are still spitting. Four months later, on his way out the door, Mnuchin sanctioned the rest of your sources. Kulyk. Telizhenko. Dubinsky. Eleven people and four media front companies in all. Not sanctioned by me. Not by my father. By Donald Trump’s Treasury Department. And remember Vienna Rudy. In October 2019 you, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman had tickets to fly there to collect a hard drive, courtesy of Dmytro Firtash, an indicted oligarch who has spent a decade in Vienna fighting extradition to the United States. Lev and Igor were arrested at Dulles holding one-way tickets. You canceled yours the next morning. That was way before a computer repairman in Wilmington was ever a twinkle in your eye. So please, @RudyGiuliani. Please, please sue me. Discovery will be a joy for everyone.

As Stormy, Trump and Cohen hit the news again, a reminder of a different take from @tribelaw
The news re Vekselberg/Novartis/Cohen/Stormy might be too complex for some to assimilate, so here’s the user-friendly bumper-sticker version: Consigliere Michael Cohen was the bag man for Fortune 500 and Kremlin bribes designed to move Trump’s policies their way.

Oh my, how dare @RonFilipkowski impugn the integrity and professionalism of a female Hospitality Director. Ossoff would be disappointed in him.
The Hospitality Director at Mar-a-Lago sure is friendly!

Russiagate, even more complex than we knew.
10/7/16 should have ended Donald Trump. Instead a “miraculous” turnaround took down Hillary Clinton. Now, with a decade behind us, the Mueller Report & the Epstein Files, we can see it was no miracle. It was the worst political crime since the Civil War. I wrote about it. Please subscribe. mind-war.com/p/her-fcking-em…

Don't stop there - Todd Blanche for pedo-in-chief.
Todd Blanche was confirmed as Attorney General. In the Epstein files, Blanche is listed as a person on an email chain discussing filings in Epstein's case shortly after his arrest and before his death. Most of the other names in the email are redacted. Full file: justice.gov/epstein/files/Da…

Trump and his friends always pardoned.
The United States extradited a former head of state, tried him in New York, and convicted him of running cocaine into this country with the Sinaloa cartel. 400 tons. Cooperating witnesses testified against the man who had commanded their country's army and police. Merrick Garland called it one of the largest and most violent trafficking conspiracies in the world. Bloomberg called the verdict the capstone of one of the most ambitious narcotics investigations DOJ has ever run. His name is Juan Orlando Hernández. He was sentenced to 45 years. He served 18 months. Trump pardoned him on December 1. He walked out the same day. The announcement came in the same post endorsing a candidate in the Honduran election, days before the vote. Meanwhile this administration is firing missiles at boats in the Caribbean and calling it a war on drugs. The men on those boats never see a courtroom. Hernández got one, lost, and got a pardon anyway.

Trump family grift in action - for billions.
Hunter Biden: “People believed there was this thing called the Biden crime family. I didn’t do a single piece of business when my dad was president. I made basically $200K a year selling paintings. Don and Eric have done over $1.3B just in contracts for underlying companies they have an ownership stake in with the DoD”

When your ayes don't say what you think they do.
So trump promised us “shocking new evidence about the 2020 election.” What we actually got was information about China collecting already widely available voter data and possible vulnerabilities in our election systems. Those are legitimate concerns. But here’s the issue. He didn’t show that voting machines were breached. He didn’t show that votes were changed. And he didn’t prove the election was stolen. In fact, some of the documents he released actually contradicted the story he was trying to tell. Instead they said our voting systems would be difficult to manipulate on a scale large enough to change an election, and did not establish that China interfered with vote counting. Election security is too important to mess around with. You cannot take evidence of a possible risk, strip away the context, and then present it as proof of something that didn’t happen.

Patrick Byrne similar to those "influencers" like Benny Johnson, except with more money and not an incel apparently.
Three years ago I sued @PatrickByrne for lying about me. He claimed that I took a bribe and committed treason. He implied I was in some part responsible for the Hamas attack of October 7th. His lies caused real damage and endangered my family. On Friday I was awarded $1.7M in punitive damages by a Reagan-appointed federal judge. The court determined that everything he said about me was a complete fiction. For those of you who don’t know Patrick Byrne, he is the former Overstock CEO who lost control of his company when it became public he was sleeping with convicted Russian agent Maria Butina. He is the man who was in the Oval Office with Michael Flynn and Sidney Powell leading up to the January 6th insurrection. He is a clownish footnote in history. But his lies travel far and wide. He is a fraud who did the bidding of Donald Trump and Steve Bannon. This isn’t the first defamation case brought against Byrne, and it won’t be the last. Even after losing, he is still doing it. He continues to tell his audience he has “three dynamite voicemails” and a former federal agent whose testimony confirms his story. Byrne had three years to bring that evidence to court. He never produced it. The voicemails he did produce, the court found, “do not mention a bribe, implicate contemporaneous involvement in any illegal scheme by Plaintiff, or otherwise independently corroborate Defendant’s story.” The former federal agent Byrne relied on, John Moynihan, gave sworn testimony that contradicted him. The FBI agent Byrne claimed had backed him up denied it under oath. Those are not my findings. Those are the findings of a federal court. And nothing prevents Byrne from releasing the voicemails he keeps promising his audience. He never has, because the court has already listened to what he produced and found they prove nothing. Patrick will try not pay this judgment. He didn’t pay the $34,969 the court ordered six months ago either. His strategy is delay. Fire the lawyer. Skip the hearing. File nonsense with courts that have already ruled. Repeat the lie on Alex Jones while the clock runs. He is not a whistleblower or a spy. He is a man who got played by a Russian intelligence asset, lost his company over it, and has been performing a spy fantasy on the internet ever since. He is a coward who wouldn’t even show up in court to face me. He is hiding in Dubai, where he fled during my case to avoid being deposed, and told the court a story about a Venezuelan hit squad to explain it. He will run from this judgment the same way he ran from my trial. Fine. Every defamatory statement is a new lawsuit. I have as much time as he has words.

MAGA insists Russiagate wasn't true, despite tons of evidence for.
Meet MAGAt and pro-Russian grifter Gunther Eagleman (David Freeman). In late 2024, the U.S. DOJ indicted Tenet Media, revealing it was a covert $10 million Russian influence operation funded by the state-controlled network RT. Following the indictment, online researchers and critics exposed ties between Freeman's "Gunther Eagleman" account and the network's ecosystem. Freeman defended himself by stating he only received "tens of thousands" of dollars in standard "ad revenue" through X and content distribution networks rather than direct Russian payroll. Critics, however, pointed out that he aggressively deleted dozens of his pro-Russia and anti-Ukraine posts immediately after the DOJ indictment went public. Even if the money trail was indirect, NATO-affiliated researchers and independent watchdogs have documented that Freeman heavily amplified Kremlin talking points to his over 600,000 followers. This included writing a viral post publicly apologizing to Vladimir Putin for U.S. funding of Ukraine and spreading debunked claims that there was "no video content from the war in Ukraine" to undermine public support for the war effort. Freeman has worked closely with X Strategies, a right-wing digital consulting firm. These firms frequently act as middlemen—taking money from massive PACs, corporate entities, or foreign-adjacent media networks—and then paying individual influencers micro-fees (like his documented $300 repost fee) to blast out specific narratives, giving the influencers plausible deniability about where the original funding originated.

Night of the Hunter
I hope everyone had a great 4th of July. I know @realDonaldTrump and family did. 250 years ago we declared independence from a king who ran the colonies as a family business. In just 18 months the Trumps have made King George look like an amateur. A $620 million Pentagon loan, the largest in the program’s history, to a company Don Jr.’s firm bought into three months before. An Air Force drone contract to a startup the princelings took public through a golf course company they own a piece of. The Army’s largest drone motor order ever, to a company where Don Jr. sits on the board and holds millions in stock. A $24 million Pentagon robotics contract to the company that employs Eric as Chief Strategy Advisor. A stake in the largest undeveloped tungsten deposit on earth, in Kazakhstan, backed by $1.6 billion in US government support. Jared’s fund seeded with $2 billion from the Saudi crown prince, now $6.2 billion, 99% of it foreign money from Gulf governments. Over $110 million in fees collected from the Saudis alone. He negotiates American foreign policy with the governments that pay him. $2.3 billion from crypto ventures their father regulates. More than a million people bought in and lost $2.3 billion. The money didn’t grow. It simply moved from the subjects pockets to the crown’s coffers. And the next one is already drafted. A proposed ATF rule that will allow guns to be shipped straight to your front door. The government’s own estimate is 3.3 million home gun deliveries a year. Don Jr. sits on the board of the online gun megastore built to cash in. He holds 300,000 shares. And that’s only the fraction they’ve allowed us to see. Not one subpoena served. Not one search executed. Why hide anything when you own the investigators? Me? They searched a laptop for six years. Federal prosecutors. Grand juries. Subpoena power. Congressional hearings. They found nothing. I made about $200k a year selling paintings when my Dad was President, and they made my paintings part of an impeachment inquiry. For six years they’ve asked Where’s Hunter? What about the laptop? Wrong questions. The right one is 250 years old. Does America belong to a family? They’ve given their answer. Long live the King.

The grift grows more complex.
