Joel Anderson cuts every pause in his videos down to 0.1 seconds. He picked it up on TikTok Shop, then built his own app that edits a video in 20 seconds.

Anthropic just launched an AI that runs your day before you even ask. It brings you what needs attention. It keeps working when you step away. It checks with you before it acts. This is where every business is headed. 🎥 @claudeai

Get better at anything with these 3 people. @frankshamrock calls it plus, minus, and equal. Plus: someone senior you learn from. Minus: someone junior you teach. Equal: a peer you challenge yourself against. Tag yours 💪🏼

Build: put it into live systems. Train: teach the people who own the process how to manage the agent.

Day 5/100 building Lucid Future to $100k/mo. $5k revenue so far this month. Today: troubleshooting Facebook ads. $50/day budget, Meta only spending ~$1/day. 🧵

My buddy Ronnie said that's not normal warm-up. He told me to connect the Meta Ads MCP to Claude and let it debug. So I did.

Claude's take: I was optimizing for Leads with zero lead history, so Meta can't tell who converts. Fix: temporarily optimize for landing page views to build data, then switch back to Leads. Making the change now. Thanks, Ronnie 🙏

3 simple things you can do to get out of a slump… 1. Change your physical state. Workout, breakfast, sauna, cold plunge. 2. Focus on gratitude. List a few things you're grateful for and really feel it. 🧵

3. Focus on your vision. Write down what you want to create, how you want to be of service, and where you're headed. Don't get down on yourself. Change your state, feel the gratitude, reconnect with the vision, and go get it.

Day 4/100 building Lucid Future to $100k/mo. 2 appointments yesterday, both moving to proposal. 1 BIG one today. Ramping LinkedIn automation with Re:Vault. FB ads: $50/day budget, only $1.73 spent in 2 days. Normal for a new account? LMK. 🧵

Lesson: every business is a portal. Your idea is a hypothesis. Adapt to what customers and the market pull out of you. My $5k client and yesterday's prospects didn't want the support workflow. They want personal agents for email and calendar.

Structurally it's the same system: receive, triage, and action messages, just a different use case people are asking for. Test, iterate, and go where the market leads.

Day 3/100 on the road to $100k/mo with Lucid Future. 0 appointments booked yesterday, 0 executed, 1 scheduled for today. Some thoughts on how vulnerable this content challenge feels, and why it touches one of my biggest insecurities as an entrepreneur.

I asked @nealconlon (advisor to founders at @Spotify and @BauschLomb) how to get Lucid Future to $100k/mo. His 3-step framework 🧵

2. Focus on Revenue Generating Activities (RGAs), namely sales calls. "An hour of sales beats an hour spent marketing" 🙈

3. Create accountability. Have someone you share and track your RGAs with. Stay tuned for more 😘
