Per capita measures how often men in a group get convicted, not a woman's risk.
She isn't raped by a rate, she's raped by a man, which is why the absolute number is the correct variable to measure the risk a White British woman is facing from all the different groups of men.

BTW if youβre wondering why I tweet about Cityβs charges a lot, itβs because I despise cheating, and because Cityβs actions make a joke of the game I love.
