I expected more of you, @Delta. 2nd time our bags got delayed. Got them back fairly quickly, but bag is completely cracked. Clearly mishandled. The answer we got at MCO: "Hard shell bags crack. Don't use 'em. We can't open a report for that." What a way to avoid having to compensate for damaged bags. I'm speechless.
