I’ve long felt that a $SPCX - $TSLA deal is inevitable since Elon controls 48% of $SPCX as-converted shares and 10.5% of TSLA shares. Since any deal would be $SPCX stock for $TSLA stock the deal will not be as compelling as many on X believe, given the massive dilution and all-equity economics. I expect a SPCX offer price in the neighborhood of $420/TSLA share, and as in most stock-for-stock deals will likely get arbitraged down given the approximate 6-12 months needed between a deal announcement and deal close.
I would expect the combined SPCX/TSLA multiple of EBITDA or EPS to follow the acquiring company’s multiple, which in this case is $SPCX and is lower than TSLA’s FY’27 EV/Ebitda multiple (TSLA 72.6x, SPCX 29.4x). All told, I don’t expect a huge windfall for TSLA shareholders on a SPCX/TSLA stock-for-stock deal, although the announcement itself would be positive for TSLA stock.

It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.
To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically.
Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country.
Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case.
Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve.
In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota.
The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

Elon thought Tesla could have a $20K EV by 2010.
The year is 2026 and he’s abandoned this goal altogether.
Why?
Elon thinks the avg person shouldn’t own a car, but take a cheap Cybercab instead.
“You'll own nothing and be happy.”

Elon Musk says Italians should stay in Italy and the Japanese in Japan.
Then why is this South African in America?

Now I understand why Cybercabs are avoiding rail crossings.
If I hadn't accelerated through the car would have got hit by the barriers or worse and got stuck in between.
This was more like a yellow light while you are already into the intersection.

🇺🇦 Zelenskyy delivers a blunt message to the United States:
“Just give us Starlink back. If you refuse, Ukraine will survive. We will continue defending ourselves with or without it.
But why would you restrict a country fighting for its survival? Why make it harder for us to defend our people?
I simply cannot understand the reasoning behind this decision. It is a mistake.”
Ukraine isn’t asking America to fight its war. It’s asking America not to stand in the way of its defense.

Calling @MKBHD’s video “hate” is misguided and highlights the nearly insurmountable issue the Tesla community has with criticism.
There was plenty to criticize about that unveiling and I thought Marques did an incredible job.
He is becoming a great force pushing against the growing movement in tech and now automotive of over promising and under delivering.
