Important Notice to Everyone using Superteam Earn Hi everyone, I want us to be careful when applying for bounties on Superteam Earn so we don't end up in situations where we do the work, win, and then cannot receive our rewards. Recently, we had a case where someone from Nigeria won a bounty that was restricted to Australian residents. Unfortunately, the reward cannot be processed because the winner cannot provide an ID proving residency in Australia. There is also a similar case involving a bounty restricted to residents of Poland. Please, before applying for any bounty, take a few minutes to read the requirements carefully. Here are some things to keep in mind: 1. Always check the location requirements. If a bounty is restricted to residents of Australia, Poland, or any other country, you must genuinely meet that residency requirement to participate. 2. Don't change your Earn profile location just to qualify. Changing your profile location to another country does not make you a resident of that country. You may be asked to provide documents to verify your eligibility before your reward can be processed. 3. Check the KYC requirements early. Don't wait until you've won before finding out that you cannot meet the verification requirements. If you're unsure about the acceptable documents, contact support before participating. 4. Read the entire bounty description. Check the eligibility criteria, submission requirements, deadline, payment terms, and any location restrictions before starting work. 5. Ask questions before participating. If anything about a bounty is unclear, please ask the relevant team or reach out to support for clarification before investing your time. 6. Winning doesn't always guarantee payment if you don't meet the eligibility requirements. Even if your submission is selected, the reward may not be released if you fail to meet the bounty's stated conditions. I know how painful it can be to put in time and effort, win a bounty, and then be unable to receive your reward. That's why I'm sharing this with us. Please, let's be intentional. Read the requirements, confirm your eligibility, and make sure you can meet the conditions before applying. It's better to discover that you're not eligible before doing the work than after winning.
