This is a superficial and ultimately destructive way of framing the problem.
Women deal with the profound biological burden of reproduction: menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause. That is real, costly, and non-negotiable. No serious person denies it.
But the complementary burden that has fallen on men for the entire history of our species is equally non-negotiable and far more lethal.
Men have been the ones who die in war — by the tens of millions. Conscription, combat, and the obligation to stand between the tribe and existential threat have been almost exclusively male responsibilities.
Men occupy the overwhelming majority of the most dangerous occupations on the planet: commercial fishing, logging, mining, roofing, heavy construction, oil-rig work, long-haul trucking. The workplace fatality statistics are not subtle. Year after year, 90–95 % of occupational deaths are male.
Men also take more physical and psychological risks. That is why they invent more, explore more, and die younger — from accidents, from violence, from suicide. The male suicide rate is not a minor footnote; it is a catastrophic and chronic reality.
These are not interchangeable complaints. They are complementary sacrifices. One sex carries the primary cost of creating new life. The other sex carries the primary cost of protecting that life and extracting the resources necessary to sustain it from a dangerous and indifferent world.
To reduce the entire male side of this ancient division of labour to “what do men deal with?” as if the answer were “nothing of consequence” is not compassion. It is a deliberate refusal to look at the hierarchical and sacrificial structure of reality itself.
The proper response is not grievance. It is gratitude for the complementary burdens that have kept the species alive, and the individual responsibility to carry one’s own share of them without self-pity.

For the first time in recorded history, a civilization has decided that the most enlightened virtue is to surrender its culture, heritage, women, and children without putting up any defence. Suicidal empathy shall prove to be the demise of the West.

Bret, you are asserting, without evidence, that there was a "cover-up."
Given how vague your posts are, and given the proliferation of popular "cover-up" narratives that directly implicate Erika Kirk and Charlie's closest friends in his murder, people reasonably assume you're referring to, and lending credence to, those narratives. That contributes to the ongoing torment of real, innocent people.
If you're NOT referring to those mainstream "cover-up" narratives, then explain what you actually mean instead of repeatedly posting vague and ambiguous conspiracy slop that you undoubtedly know winks at some of the most sinister people spreading baseless accusations.
Read the comments on your posts, Bret. People are extremely confused and concerned about what you're saying and doing. Many of them are among the most reasonable and measured people I know. Most of them once deeply admired and respected you. My DMs are full of people you know asking me some variation of, "What in the world is going on with Bret?"
You're a public figure who communicates ideas for a living. Judging by the sheer volume of confusion and genuine concern about your state of mind in your comment section, I think you'd have to admit that you're failing catastrophically as a public communicator.
That should bother you, a lot. It would certainly bother me, and I'd do everything I could to clear up the confusion and salvage my reputation.
Instead, you seem almost completely unconcerned with providing clarity. In fact, you appear to interpret the negative criticism as evidence that you've triggered some kind of social immune response defending a sacred false belief.
But that couldn't be further from the truth.
We're not putting you through a struggle session for being a heretic. Nobody is asking you to shut up or repeat a slogan. Quite the opposite. We're asking you to say more, not less. We're asking you to state your ideas clearly, explicitly, and in as much detail as possible so they can be evaluated on their merits.
Right now, nobody knows what the hell you're talking about. But you seem to be gesturing in a very dark and/or stupid direction.
You're the only person who can actually clear up the confusion, if confusion isn't actually your goal.
Take your role as a public figure seriously.
Start behaving like a scientist instead of a quack podcaster with a martyr complex.
Stop vague-posting conspiracy slop.
Speak precisely. Say exactly what you mean.
When you make claims—such as "there was a cover-up"—provide evidence for them.
Don't evade questions or play dumb when people ask you for evidence or clarity.
Don't treat pushback as evidence that you're right.
Behave like a responsible truth-seeker and communicator who wields a flashlight instead of a fog machine.
People are exhausted by the style of discourse coming out of right-wing Podcastistan of just dumping absolute garbage into the public square for clicks and views that we all have to spend time cleaning up.
You're a smart guy. You're also very kind, and I've enjoyed your company every time we've met in person. If we didn't have a personal relationship, I wouldn't have bothered writing any of this. I would have simply dismissed you.
I hold you to a higher standard because I still think there's a chance you're acting in good faith and have simply spent too much time online or in the company of people who have severely distorted your perception of reality.
I genuinely believe you're better than the behavior you've been engaging in, and I hope you change course.

Holy shit, man. Did you just accuse me of attempting to protect Charlie’s killer? Charlie and I were becoming friends. You and I know each other. We have broken bread together. We have fought along side each other. What in God’s name has gotten into you?

This is exactly why people do not trust the legacy media anymore.
Look at the difference between these two articles.
One is pushing anti-white propaganda and the other is pushing anti-white propaganda.

This is the contradiction many Americans are finally noticing.
The political Left constantly speaks about “representation” and “diversity”…
until Black conservatives, Black Christians, Black nationalists, or Black Republicans enter the conversation.
Then suddenly representation no longer matters.
Why?
Because for many activists and institutions, diversity was never truly about diversity of thought…
it was about ideological conformity.
A Black conservative woman running on family, law and order, economic growth, school standards, and constitutional values disrupts the narrative that all Black Americans think alike politically.
And that creates discomfort.
So instead of engaging the ideas…
they reduce everything to race arithmetic, identity politics, or emotional tribalism.
That is why so many people are walking away from modern DEI ideology.
Because Americans increasingly want competence, leadership, stability, and outcomes…
not permanent racial sorting systems where identity matters more than merit or policy.
And ironically…
The democrats screaming loudest about “diversity” often become the most hostile when someone diverse in political thought appears.
That contradiction is becoming impossible to ignore.

Colorado sits on the 8th-largest natural gas reserves in the ENTIRE country.
7 out of 10 Colorado homes are heated by it.
157,000+ businesses run on it.
303,000 Coloradans have jobs tied to it.
But sure, let’s just… get rid of it by 2050. 👍
Nobody asked your gas bill if it was ready for this relationship to end. Stay tuned! 1/7

They call you racist, but say black people are too dumb to get ID.
They call you a science denier, but say men in dresses are women.
They call Elon a Nazi and say you shouldn’t buy a Tesla, but buy Volkswagens.
They kicked religion out of schools because “indoctrination” but are fine with drag queen story hour.
They call you fascist for wanting secure borders, but create “safe spaces” to keep out people they don’t agree with.
They preach to you about climate change, but fly in private jets.
They say you’re intolerant, but shout down and try to ban speakers they disagree with.
They warn about foreign election interference, but fight against voter ID laws that could prevent it.
They promote body positivity, but mock people for their weight if they're on the other side.
Liberalism is a mental illness.

I hate Black History Month.
Not because I'm racist, but because of how it's framed.
Instead of celebrating Black people who displayed exceptional excellence, courage, and honor, Black History Month is presented through a victimhood lens.
George Floyd, Michael Brown, and many others killed by police while committing crimes are household names.
But almost no one knows Medal of Honor recipient Alwyn Cashe or Dr. Ronald McNair.
Both died in service to our country, yet their names are rarely mentioned in mainstream discourse.
Sergeant First Class Alwyn Cashe succumbed to his injuries after saving fellow soldiers, braving flames and mortal wounds to rescue as many as he could. He suffered second- and third-degree burns over 72% of his body while saving six of his brothers.
Dr. Ronald McNair, a brilliant physicist who earned his PhD from MIT before DEI and affirmative action, became nationally recognized for his work in laser physics. He was also an avid martial artist, earning a fifth-degree black belt in karate and winning many regional championships. He tragically died when the Space Shuttle Challenger exploded.
So many other Black individuals have demonstrated exceptional merit, talent, and honor, yet most people have never heard of them.
Instead, we are constantly bombarded with the names of George Floyd and other career criminals... as if we should honor drug addicts who pointed guns at pregnant women.... while ignoring Black people who sacrificed themselves for the greater good.
This is why I hate Black History Month.
It doesn't celebrate excellence; it perpetuates a victimhood mentality that keeps so many trapped in a "crab in a pot" mindset.
We don't celebrate others like Thomas Sowell, an economist and author who rose from Harlem poverty to challenge dependency narratives, arguing self-reliance over government intervention drives progress,
or Clarence Thomas, who came from rural Georgia segregation to Supreme Court Justice, embodying merit through sheer grit.
Others like Bass Reeves,
one of the first Black U.S. deputy marshals in the 1800s, who captured over 3,000 outlaws in the Wild West with legendary marksmanship and disguise skills,
or Katherine Johnson, a NASA mathematician whose calculations were crucial for the Apollo missions, proving intellectual prowess in a segregated field.
Then all the liberal white people love to self-flagellate and prostrate themselves in the face of the history of slavery. It's more virtue-signaling that reinforces dependency narratives rather than celebrating Black agency and excellence. It's the "oppression Olympics" that keeps everyone trapped in resentment instead of moving toward a better tomorrow.

I still can't get over the situation in Minnesota.

Nobody in the fucking government questioned it.
They put them all on SNAP and Welfare.
Nobody in the fucking government stopped it.
They gave them fake fucking daycare centers.
Nobody in the fucking government verified it.
They gave Ilhan Omar $30 Million of my dollars.
Nobody in the government fucking investigated it.
They created no-go zones in the United States.
Nobody in the government did a fucking thing.
The same fucking government won't pass the SAVE Act to protect our elections.
The same fucking government that Insider Trades and gets rich without term limits.
Fuck your white neighborhoods.
Fuck your voter ID laws.
Fuck your tax dollars.
Fuck your security.
Fuck your safety.
Fuck your nuclear family that could own a home, two cars, raise 3 kids, live on a single income, and have a stay at home mother.
They fucking took that from you and gave it to 3rd world retards.
This government fucking robbed us.
This government fucking hates us.
Who exactly are you fucking working for?
Because it clearly isn't working for me.

My son's school made him commit a crime yesterday
He came home excited with a strange box
"Daaad I'm fundraising for the school charity, I'm going to sell cookies to our neighbors!"
I looked at him in disbelief
"You will absolutely not" I said
"But dad why? It's fun and all my friends are doing it"
"If all your friends were committing tax fraud, would you?" I screamed at him
My wife came into the room and asked what's going on
"Not now, men are talking" I shut the door in front of her
I grabbed my phone and called my son's school
A woman picked up
"Is there a man in charge?" I asked
"Well, I'm a school principal..." she answered
I loudly sighed
"You are engaging minors in illegal commercial activity. Stop now or you will be reported to authorities" I said
"But sir, it's just a fundrais-.."
"Consider yourself warned" I said and hung up
The school sent an email this morning cancelling the fundraiser "pending legal review"
I'm seriously considering homeschooling my kids if this is what modern education has become

My friend from Sweden is the most ungrateful person I know
He's an engineer at the most famous Stockholm startup, something with streaming music
Makes €4,300 per month
Literally almost the highest possible salary you can earn (Sweden caps salaries at €4,500 to prevent wealth inequality)
We had dinner yesterday when he started complaining about his "take-home pay"
"Man I feel like I'm paying too much in taxes"
I was disgusted by his attitude
"Do you realize how privileged you are?" I asked him
"I pay 65% in taxes, what do you mean?"
"Government allocates capital better than you ever could, so the more taxes you pay, the better your return"
"But I can barely afford rent, and I'd rather invest money myself" he said pathetically
I clenched my fist under the table but quickly calmed myself
It's not his fault
It's the American brain rot spreading to Europe
The EU needs stronger regulations against American influence
Or we lose everything that makes us civilized
