1. Connect your validator identity or stake account withdraw authority to governance.solana.com to vote via the UI.
2. Use the svmgov command line tool: crates.io/crates/svmgov to vote with your validator identity or your stake account withdraw authority. Docs for svmgov are here: docs.governance.solana.com/sโฆ
