At FIDMA 2026, GDELS Santa Bรกrbara Sistemas presented the ASCOD 42 demonstrator equipped with Valhalla Turretsโ MANGART 30, a 30 mm remote-controlled turret engineered for modern tracked combat platforms.
Its modular architecture enables the integration of additional effectors, sensors and mission equipment, including ATGM launchers, Gatling Gun RCWS, multi-mission pods and emerging counter-UAS capabilities.
The objective is straightforward: a turret that can evolve as the mission evolves. From direct fire to air defence and emerging threats, MANGART 30 is engineered as a multi-mission platform for the next generation of land combat systems.
