Went to a great leadership session tonight with Stanley McChrystal, who wrote “Team of Teams”. He said leaders should “delegate until it hurts”: delegate until it feels uncomfortable, then delegate some more, then support/take responsibility for those taking the delegated actions

There’s a tendency to think that staff can transform the NHS while still doing their day job. This isn’t correct we need to create the opportunity & the space to look up & work with the public.

Sure Start was in my thoughts along with training like Solihull, Baby Brain and Brazelten and all the great stuff @Rebeccacalvert6 is delivering.However over worked Social works are unable to deliver .
