DIPPING SAUCE(or topping if you dare):
-4 Carolina reapers, finely chopped
-Teaspoon each of butter and olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon each of garlic powder, lemon pepper and lemon juice
-Tablespoon of meat drippings from cast iron after cooking the cut
-slightly melt above items and mix
-finish off by simmering in the hot cast iron with steak drippings over med/hi heat
Tonight I used a 24 hour thousand island soaked filet, cooked to medium rare with a side of eggs 🥰
