A Tesla owner and dad was arrested at GUNPOINT in his own driveway and charged with a FELONY for "fleeing" a police officer he never saw. 2 years later, he just BEAT THE WHOLE THING... ...because his Tesla was recording the entire drive. ❤️ His name is Kevin Finley, in Winter Springs, Florida. He'd just dropped his kids off at school and was driving home when he passed a car sitting in a median and figured it was broken down or about to make a U-turn. It was an unmarked police car. An officer went after him. Finley says he never saw a single light and never heard a siren. The Tesla footage showed the patrol car's emergency lights were visible for only a BRIEF moment... before curves in the road and buildings blocked that unmarked car from view entirely. So Finley drove home! He pulled into his garage and then he heard sirens outside. So he did what an innocent man does. He OPENED his garage door to see what was going on. ...and found guns pointed at his face. His words: "This is, argumentatively, a simple traffic violation. And now I have a gun in my face and I'm arrested in my driveway and my neighbors are watching." He told them over and over that he never saw them, that he wasn't running from anybody.
