VT Recruiting

"I believe that it's my job and this staff's job for everybody on our roster to reach their potential and then some. From the best player to number 125." Player development is one of Brent Pry's top priorities at Virginia Tech. Whether it's the starting QB or the 3rd string punter, Coach Pry wants every player on his roster to bust through their ceiling. But that can't happen without the right culture in place. So, @CoachPryVT has taken it upon himself to completely rebuild Virginia Tech's culture with these key components: • Blue-collar mentality • Accountability • Communication • Listening • High-level competition • Not being afraid of hard conversations And coaching in detail. Coach Pry explains the culture he's building at @HokiesFB and how he plans to get the Hokies back on track ⬇️

We covered everything -- NIL, recruiting, becoming VT's head coach, locker room culture, player development, year-one challenges… This is @CoachPryVT’s story -- unfiltered. WATCH: youtu.be/xxj-geP2oFM
