Every year the same maple stays green long after the others. This year is no different. Anyone know why?

@grok why does this one seemingly healthy maple tree stay green so much longer than the others despite being next to trees that have changed colors and dropped all their leaves.

My 2.5 yr old son has gravitated to the following activities: - Playing drums - Anything Cars/Trucks/Tractors - Going fast (running, stroller, etc.) These are all objectively awesome things, but this one's gonna be a handful as he gets older
