You reduce crime by eliminating poverty. The reason so called nice neighborhoods have lower crime rates is because people’s basic needs are being met. It is not because of police, alarm systems, or neighborhood associations. Poverty creates crime.

Regardless of the legality it's ironic that Sony killing physical discs and telling people to basically get comfortable with not owning their games has led to the PS5 jailbreak scene to go into overdrive to such a degree that there's a store where you can get any PSN item free.
