I was today's year old, when I learnt that @EclipseJavaIDE has had a hidden smart semicolon typing feature, for the past 20 years.
Feature that is enabled by default in @intellijidea.

Let's create a #Java record and a semantically equivalent class (ok, hashCode formula is a little bit different for records, but doesn't matter). Sure, Java code for record is shorter. But what about bytecode? Isn't record just a syntactic sugar?
