Democrats killed a bill for tuition assistance for children of veterans killed in battle…
THEN APPROVE subsidizing the education and healthcare of illegal immigrants.
This is ALL you need to know on Election Day.
I think I’m done with my iPhone. I type the word federal and it auto corrects to the word theatre. WTF? It’s constant. It happens when I swipe text, when I just touch text. It happens when I voice text. What is wrong with them? Does anyone else experience this craziness as often add I do?
Dear @elonmusk and whom ever else this may concern,
Please create a tab for news. Fact based, no opinion news.
Comments don’t have to be active. Just provable factual news.
Nothing more.
I don’t know how you would do that but I have no doubt you could find a way.
It would be greatly appreciated by millions I’m sure.

The Ratepayer Protection Act was a bill designed to protect ordinary people from higher electricity bills caused by large data centers. It passed the House 417-3. It was a bill that addressed affordability and would have benefited every ratepayer.
Then, the bill went to the Senate where the Democrats are led by Chuck Schumer. On Sep. 30 it failed to advance 57-43 (short of the 60 votes needed). Only four Democrats supported it.
The Senate Dems are sheep! Why do they continue to vote in lockstep? (BTW, Fetterman lovers, he voted against the bill as well.)
This clearly demonstrates the priorities of the Democrats in the Senate. Do not vote for ANY of them. VOTE RED!
Sometimes I wonder if those that are complaining about Social Security have any real idea about how it supports a mass group of older Americans who have been told their entire lives that this would help get them through old age in their retirement.
Obviously, it’s your responsibility to prepare for this, but America has dropped the ball on its elderly.
It’s disgusting actually.
Every time I see this, I have to post it somewhere on my social media accounts. I’m went on again off again fan of his but the older he gets the more reasonable he becomes.

It is outrageous that the state of NY is punishing the Amish community because their children are unvaccinated. They are using money as a weapon, trying to fine these communities into compliance. This is a blatant violation of the legal principle of “informed consent” which guarantees individuals the right to make informed decisions about medical interventions, particularly vaccines, without coercion or misinformation. Without this protection, you can be forced into anything by those in power, just like the Nazis did in WWII.

New York Democrats have declared WAR ON THE AMISH. Thanks to their unconstitutional attack on religion, they're now able to fine EACH unvaccinated Amish child $2,000 EVERY SINGLE DAY.
⠀
The $118,000 bill is one day, not the cap. Three one-room schools alone already owe that much for 59 children, at $2,000 each.
⠀
Health Commissioner Mary Bassett imposed it on December 15, 2022. She called the sum conservative because it assumed only one day out of compliance.
⠀
Dygert Road was billed $52,000 for 26 children. Pleasant View was billed $46,000 for 23.
⠀
Shady Lane was billed $20,000 for 10.
⠀
Footnote 9 of the Second Circuit opinion records the state's view. Each day an unvaccinated student attends is a fresh violation and a fresh $2,000 fine.
⠀
Another day for those 59 children is another $118,000. A 180-day year at that rate is about $21 million, and the families say they cannot pay the first bill.
⠀
Joseph Miller, Jonas Smucker, and Ezra Wengerd run the schools. The schools sit in Clymer and Heuvelton, plus the Canajoharie settlement, and take no public money.
⠀
They had a religious exemption for decades. On June 13, 2019, Democrats repealed it after measles spread through Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Rockland County.
⠀
Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the bill. Governor Kathy Hochul left it in force.
⠀
A parent may not excuse a child for faith.
⠀
Senator James Skoufis said the exemption was made up and fake. Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz called it utter garbage.
⠀
Counsel Aaron Siri told the New York Post the families can pay only if the state takes their land. Some in the community have talked of leaving the state.
⠀
The case is Miller versus McDonald. The Second Circuit ruled against them on June 30 in 2026.
⠀
A Supreme Court petition was due around September 28.
Make sure EVERYONE sees this. If WE don't stand up for these incredible men and women - WHO WILL?!?!?!
⠀
Where is the “my body my choice crowd now”?

I pay for water in my state, it’s not free.
I pay for garbage pick up in my town, it’s not free
I have a septic system. I don’t use a public waste system
I pay $ 160 every two years to register my car and I pay a very large tax on gas. As do 10 million other NYers.
This money should maintain the roads.
And although my State has a lottery that was intended to supplement our schools I still pay outrageous school taxes yet I still have to raise money for my children to participate in school sports and provide tissues to my children’s classrooms.
What are my tax dollars being spent on?
Before you say Police and fire, don’t forget the sales tax they collect on everything!!
I don’t think my Town at a local level is irresponsible, but the government of the state level is out of control.
Somebody helped justify this:
Nothing nothing has changed for our auto insurance or homeowners insurance. Both of which are held by the same insurance company yet our insurance payment has gone up $10 a month over the last three months.
Why would that be? What random act of stupidness justifies this

Gas went over $4 a gallon for the first time in July of 2008.
Oil was around $140 a barrel, eventually going up to $148 in July of 2008.
Today, gas was 4.47 a gallon.
Today, oil was at $92.60 a gallon.
This isn't the war with Iran.

BREAKING: President Trump's speech before the United Nations is one for the ages.
My favorite passage?
“As President of the most extraordinary nation in history, I have no interest in leaving dangers to grow for another day. I do not believe in letting problems fester; they only become harder to solve. So, while others have talked, I have acted. While others have spoken of peace, I have made peace. While others have ignored threats, I have confronted them. While others have talked of courage, America has shown it. While others have promised strength, I have used it to make America the most powerful country in the world. Working with many nations in this room, we are solving decades of intractable challenges — and we are settling years of unfinished business.”
That is why President Trump is special.
That is why President Trump deserves our support.
That is why the Democrats and their parasitic communist friends must not win in the upcoming mid-term elections...
...not because the Dem/DSA partnership won't act if successful in the election, but rather because they WILL act to destroy America and undermine the principles upon which we declared our independence 250 years ago.
Not on Trump's watch.
Not on my watch.
Get out and vote this November as if your way of life depends upon it...because it does.

AMERICAN VOTER: I’m frustrated. Gas is expensive, diesel is expensive, foreign conflicts keep dragging on, and Republicans aren’t delivering everything quickly enough. I might just stay home.
AJ: I understand the frustration. But what exactly does staying home accomplish?
AMERICAN VOTER: Maybe Republicans need to lose before they finally learn.
AJ: And who pays the price while they’re LEARNING - you or your children?
AMERICAN VOTER: What do you mean?
AJ: Every decision has a cost, a benefit, and a trade-off. You almost never get a perfect result. You choose which pain you can live WITH - and which consequences you cannot afford.
AMERICAN VOTER: Give me an example.
AJ: You don’t quit your job because it isn’t perfect. Your family still needs food.
You don’t abandon your house because one room needs repairs. You fix the room because the house is still worth protecting.
You don’t hand your business to someone who hates everything you built because your current manager disappointed you.
So why hand the country back to people who oppose your values because Republicans didn’t deliver everything immediately?
AMERICAN VOTER: But I’m tired of voting for the lesser of two evils.
AJ: You make those choices every day. The cheaper vehicle may use more fuel. The better-paying job may take you away from home. The safer investment may produce a smaller return.
Every choice comes with a trade-off.
Voting isn’t a marriage proposal. You’re not choosing a perfect person. You’re choosing who controls the border, taxes, energy, judges, guns, schools, foreign policy, and the future your children inherit.
Jesus isn’t on the ballot. Every candidate is imperfect.
AMERICAN VOTER: So I’m supposed to ignore Republican failures?
AJ: Absolutely not.
Criticize them. Pressure them. Primary the weak ones. Demand results.
But don’t confuse accountability with surrender.
AMERICAN VOTER: What’s the difference?
AJ: Accountability is forcing your side to improve.
Surrender is staying home and allowing the other side to take control.
One side may frustrate you because it isn’t fighting fast or hard enough.
The other side wants to weaken the border, undermine parental rights, attack the Second Amendment, expand abortion, punish American energy, and fundamentally transform the country.
Those are not equal risks.
AMERICAN VOTER: But what if my vote doesn’t change anything?
AJ: Imagine millions of people saying the same thing.
Freedom usually isn’t lost because everybody suddenly rejects it. It’s lost because enough good people become tired, discouraged, divided, or too frustrated to show up.
AMERICAN VOTER: So what are you asking me to do?
AJ: Spend 15 minutes voting.
You don’t have to pretend Republicans are perfect. You only need to understand the cost of handing power back to people whose agenda directly opposes your values.
Don’t make your children pay for your temporary frustration.
Freedom can survive imperfect leadership.
It cannot survive a generation of patriots deciding to stay home.
