Valerie decided to visit her school (or what’s left from it) on her prom day.
Pop to the chemist on my lunch break to buy some antihistamines because... oh my word, hayfever like never before. 🤧 But forget I live #villagelife and chemist is shut 1-2. Because it's lunchtime.🥴 Now to sit and scratch my eyeballs out!

To the 90k people who signed up to host a Ukrainian refugee but say they can’t find anyone. There are Refugees from Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan, Sudan, Palestine, Iran, Iraq already in the UK who are living in appalling accommodation. They are just as traumatised.

Today I was on the interview panel for a new role in our organisation, alongside 2 incredible refugee women. Their astute and helpful observations will guide us to recruit the best person for the role. So exciting!

3rd day in a row I went for a lunchtime walk that would take me past a horse chestnut so I could be a kid for a moment and have the joy of finding an unopened conker....which then becomes a brilliant fidget toy for afternoon meetings.
