In November 2025, Renger Witkamp and Eva Jermendi from Wageningen University & Research welcomed Ivana Knežević from the University of Novi Sad for a month-long mobility stay, carried out within the EU-funded EINSTEIN project under the European Excellence Initiative for Widening countries. 🤔 Want to learn 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽, 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 as practical examples that link regional biodiversity to advanced nutrifood methods? Here you can explore processes and results: recognizing promising genetic resources, enhancing nutritional value, and shaping early formulations. Observing practical approaches to increasing protein, fiber, or amino‑acid profiles clarified innovation pathways connecting agriculture, nutrition, and product development—insights valuable for project coordination, innovation planning, and institutional growth. Ivana documented her research visit in two blog articles, and today we're sharing the initial one. einsteineuproject.com/2026/0…
