@FrontierCorp I called to see if you service an area that I plan to purchase a house. Ticket put in with engineering. I am told there is service there and I can sign up. I buy the house based on this. I call back today to find out it is in fact not available due to distance.
@FrontierCorp The best part was engineering replied to the ticket the day before I called back to find out and I even gave that rep the ticket number. Now I am without internet at a home I purchased. Lovely customer service you have.
