これ事実ならヤバいですね、印旛沼の堤防が最大70m決壊して浸水が広がってたのに、県が現地で確認してから地元自治体にすぐ情報共有しなかったみたいです。 理由がルールがなかったからって、お役所仕事の言い訳として酷すぎますよね。 県土木事務所が朝6時に決壊を確認してるのに、成田市や栄町に共有せず、市は推測で避難指示を出してドローン飛ばして自力で決壊場所を探したわけです。 防災無線や避難指示を出すのは基礎自治体なのに、一番重要な情報を握ってる県が共有しないって、何のための都道府県組織なのか分からないんですよね。 盛り土問題でも見られましたけど、縦割り行政で連携が取れない・ルールがないから動かないという行政のバグが住民を命の危険に晒してるわけです。 デジタル庁とか防災省の議論をする前に、緊急時の現地確認情報を隣接自治体に即時共有するという当たり前のライン構築すらできてない現実、猛省して即改修すべきなんじゃないですかね。

【速報】台風で崩れた盛り土の無許可業者、ついに警察に逮捕されました。 千葉・市原で無許可で盛り土作って撤去命令すら無視してた三和商会の社長ら3人が逮捕されたんですよね。 この会社、今回の台風で崩落した袖ケ浦の盛り土も無許可で作って行政指導を受けてた悪質業者なわけです。 これ重要なのは、今まで行政指導を出しても無視して野放しだった悪徳業者に対して、警察がちゃんと動いて逮捕まで行った実績ができたことなんですよね。 行政指導を無視して放置→大雨で崩壊して近隣被害の流れ、完全に人災だし刑事罰で当たり前なわけですが、これを機に県内300箇所の危険盛り土も全部警察連携で潰してほしいんですよね。
