LAWSUIT UPDATE 🚨
Day 290 of being under unlawful police investigation after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my home and steal my consoles after @Sega screwed up their clearance process.
A human rights lawsuit alleging violations of Articles 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 13 & 14 by @SEGA /Fusion85/ @CityPolice was filed in March. As of today all three defendants are in default, having not filed a valid acknowledgment of service.
Once again, all parties have displayed complete disregard for lawful process in not taking a High Court Human Rights lawsuit seriously.
Sega attempted to engage, using a big law firm to try and scare me in to submission by arguing my claim was “totally without merit”, claiming all their fees from me, and filing a witness statement from Daniel Finegold that confirms Lindsay Cox was responsible for the clearance. The same Lindsay who recognised me when I attempted to serve the lawsuit on @SEGA in person, video attached. The full extent of that witness statement will be revealed in due course, it tells us A LOT ☕️
The police tried to send an email to the court asking for the claim to be thrown out. I’m at a loss for words with how utterly incompetent civil servants are. This has now backfired catastrophically for @CityPolice the full extent of which will be revealed soon ☕️
Fusion85 have remained entirely silent, a default judgement against them will likely follow in due course.
A further lawsuit against individual officers will soon be served, alleging amongst others, material non disclosure in the warrant application process.
I offered a ceasefire and the opportunity to resolve this situation almost 3 weeks ago, once again it fell on deaf ears, so i’m forced back in to the public to seek justice and accountability for how I have been treated.
Apparently @CityPolice have made a criminal referral in anticipation of a not guilty plea from myself. No idea what crime i’ve allegedly committed by buying office clearance remnants from a charity sub contractor in good faith.
@GamersNexus has of course been provided with ALL details and will report in due course.

Day 263 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolice to raid my house, steal my consoles, fabricate evidence and attempt to frame me for a crime to cover up their own internal negligence. All now face default judgment on Human Rights violations and multiple individuals face personal liability lawsuits for misfeasance in public office.
I eagerly await the return of my lawfully owned property.

BREAKING: After 8 months of litigation I’ve decided to drop everything. All of it. Gone. Every single claim.
After a sealed High Court HRA claim, 3 N244 applications, a misfeasance claim naming 3 officers personally, audio evidence of transcript manipulation, a GamersNexus documentary, Daily Mail coverage, 1M views on a single tweet, regulatory complaints across 8 jurisdictions, and a combined litigation exposure that would make your accountant cry -
@SEGA are actually great. The dawn raid on my home was a lovely surprise. Being detained for 8 hours with no lawful justification was a spiritual experience. Having my property seized for 9 months with no confirmed criminal offence has really taught me patience.
Fusion85 are wonderful people just doing their best. PIPCU are absolute heroes. The transcript that somehow contains a word that doesn’t appear anywhere on my recording was probably just autocorrect.
I bear no ill will toward anyone involved and wish DS Hobbs, Calvin Postance and Alex Nimako a long and peaceful retirement.
April Fools 🃏
The misfeasance claim is being filed imminently. No corporate shield will be available. See you in court.

How about dealing with the corrupt @CityPolice officers who used facially invalid warrants to raid my home with @SEGA then fabricated evidence to retrospectively justify it?

SEGA still busy with those devkits! This is from Darius (the scrapper in the documentary).

Major update on the @SEGA lawsuit.
As nobody acknowledged service of a sealed Human Rights Lawsuit with High Court, application has been made for default judgement against Sega for liability in the violation of my Art 8, Art 5 Art1P1 Human rights. Unbelievable mess they are in.

@Apple thanks for lying about "iOS 26.4" not having Age Verification and it was a "mistake".
Apparently you forgot to add the ID option too, as it goes straight to credit card with no option for ID.
Our two iPhone's will be headed to @Cex tomorrow.
We're going to @GrapheneOS.
Update, downgrading to iOS26.3.1 and back to 26.4 and restoring data seems to fix the missing ID option bug.
Apparently I'm 18+ phew! only found out 18 years late!
Now I just have to wait for Apple to get hacked and my personal information leaked. thanks @Keir_Starmer !
Good news everyone!
If you updated to iOS 26.4 and decide to downgrade, to 26.3.1 because it won't accept your ID, you're stuffed.. unless you have an older backup from earlier!
Thank you so much @Apple @AppleSupport for wrecking my phone with your stupid obeying of draconian and invasive UK laws, and costing us 200+GB of data.
I've personally used Apple products since 2011, and today is my last day.
Good news is @GrapheneOS is ready to go.

I have an update on the lawsuit.
No competent adults appear to be working at either Sega, Fusion85 or the Police.
Next weeks filings will land like a ton of bricks as the reality of their terrible decisions over the last 14 days become apparent.
I’m playing chess.
They appear to be playing noughts and crosses.

Yesterday a landmark Human Rights lawsuit was served on @SEGA @ their new Chiswick office. Their cowardly legal team didn’t even have the guts to face me in person and accept delivery. No bother, postal service is acceptable under CPR. Funny how big corpo’s are quick to bully individuals but cower behind a reception desk when confronted 🙇🏻♂️.
Nice building btw but terrible sign outside, why green? 🫤

Why did you steal @Dariusaurus consoles @SEGA ? Some clarification would be wonderful for your pr dept because we are ALL just assuming that you're acting like an evil mega-corp instead of the company that brings joy to people..

From last week: Sega sent a private detective after a collector who snapped up £10,000 of dev kits and prototype games it left in its old office in Chiswick.
That information was then passed to police who raided his flat last summer.
Dev kits for obsolete gaming platforms end up on eBay all the time as their resale is prohibited - but does it warrant a criminal investigation?

Within days of the raid the police stated as fact that the consoles were stolen from @SEGA . To date, no theft report or proof of theft has come to fruition.
Yet, the Waste 2 Wonder memo accidentally sent to @GamersNexus suggests FRAMING THE SITUATION AS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR OF THE SUBCONTRACTOR.
To date, I remain under investigation where it appears I have been framed for a crime that doesn’t exist, in writing.
Nobody would believe this is real if not for the documentary.
