Las billeteras de prepago o fintech independientes pueden tener alianzas con bancos tradicionales, pero siguen sin ser bancos. Aunque estén REGULADAS por la CMF, en caso de quiebra, la garantía no es la misma y dependiendo de la situación, podrían retener tus fondos
