Heartbreaking between @ZelenskyyUa & a #DDay veteran, who knows the cost. He kisses his hand & won’t let go.

Someone came up to introduce themselves to Tara at dinner tonight like she didn't know who he was.
"Best trade the @49ers ever made. We chatted. Very nice young man 😊"
(And yes, she's still wearing her @Nike jacket.)

Tara is the 🐐. The greatest ever coach in basketball 🏀. The greatest ever coach in any sport at Stanford (including Bill Walsh in 🏈). Now she stands alone as the winningest coach in college 🏀 , topping Coach K (Duke). Brava! 🎉💯🐐

I’ve covered Katie since she won gold in the 800 as a little water bug at the 2012 London Olympics. Have never seen a superstar in any sport cheer harder for her teammates. Doesn’t like talking about herself. Would rather praise her opponents, even after tough Olympic races. – at Washington, DC

Unfortunately, it has to be said – slavery wasn't a jobs program that taught beneficial skills. It was literally dehumanizing and subjugated people as property because they lacked any rights or freedoms.

Go Cardinal! Once again, @Stanfordh2opolo adds 🏆 points!
This remarkable accomplishment won’t get the attention it merits, but what @MikaelaShiffrin has done in her career is phenomenal. She is an all-time great athlete, regardless of sport - and hopefully has years more on the ⛷️ slopes!
🚨🏆 THE MOST DECORATED SKIER OF ALL TIME 🏆🚨
@mikaelashiffrin breaks Ingemar Stenmark’s record for the most alpine World Cup wins by any skier in history. Absolutely incredible. 🤯

Here’s a corker of a story: a new study has found that grapevines were domesticated on two occasions, in quick succession but in different parts of the world, about 11,000 years ago econ.st/3IOIydl
Spectacular photo by a U-2 pilot of the Chinese balloon over Missouri. Destined to be an iconic image of an inflection point in Chinese relations with 🇺🇸.

On Kaya’s trip home, the pilots made special mention of her before we took off - see below.
When we landed, we loaded Kaya onto a cart to take her out, and when we got to the top of the ramp…the entire terminal cheered and clapped for her. If you were one of them: thank you.

I'm not an expert on WWII. Were people in 1943 still discussing what annexed lands Hitler would get to keep as part of a "peace settlement"?
