NBC is reporting that Trump will eliminate the Department of Education with an executive order.
This is an assault on America's children.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The Department of Education was established by Congress. It cannot be legally eliminated by an executive order alone; such action would require Congressional legislation."

This is beyond unacceptable.
Working people should never be physically assaulted for exercising their right to strike.
We demand accountability from @FairmontMiramar for this sickening violence against @UNITEHERE11.

A monumental step forward this week in Sacramento with the @CAGovernor signing of #SB2. Big oil companies will now be required to open their books to regulators and can’t hide behind excuses for Californians paying higher gasoline prices than any other state. #Transparency #CALeg
