Armenia and Türkiye have reached an agreement on academic exchanges, according to Vahagn Aleksanyan, deputy speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly. He said Armenian students will travel to Türkiye to study, while Turkish students will come to Armenia. Aleksanyan made the announcement on Public Television.
On September 12, 2025, the two countries’ special representatives agreed to work toward creating scholarship opportunities for higher-education students.

هدف اعلام‌شده رزمایش، ارتقای مهارت عملیاتی خلبانان، افزایش توان تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط دشوار و تقویت هماهنگی میان نیروهای هوایی دو کشور است.
این رزمایش در چارچوب توافقات همکاری نظامی دوجانبه برگزار شده است. هم‌زمان با اجرای آن، مقام‌های ارشد نظامی دو کشور نیز درباره گسترش همکاری‌های دفاعی و برگزاری تمرین‌های مشترک گفت‌وگو کرده‌اند.
همزمانی تقویت همکاری نظامی باکو و ابوظبی با جنگ منطقه‌ای است و این همزمانی با توجه به افزایش تهدیدهای اسراییل علیه ایران در روزهای گذشته، اهمیت مضاعف پیدا کرده است.
