5 years ago today, I cold called the SLCPD.
Suffice it to say, it was a call that changed my life forever.
And now, you can read all about it.
Not What I Expected - coming to a bookshelf near you, May 23, 2023.
I’m sitting in the gallery of a jury trial where a rabbi and volunteer is on trial for s*xual assualt.
As he should, cuz he broke the law.
What’s your point with the rabbis, Brad?

Elon Musk flips a vehicle upside down and everyone claps and cheers. But when I do it, suddenly I'm "recklessly endangering children" and "unfit to be a school bus driver".
okay wowwwwww
We’re excited to share the next phase of what’s coming to downtown Salt Lake City. The new district will have something for everyone.
It’ll have a new convention center, updated Abravanel Hall, new art museum, transformed Delta Center, Live Nation venue, strong local vibe combined with new iconic brands, hotel, housing, restaurants, and a central pedestrian walkway connecting the whole downtown from City Creek all the way to the new front door of the Delta Center.
As the pile of tributes fittingly grows taller and taller for Pamela Atkinson, I’ll add mine, in memory of the embodiment of goodness in this world.
Pamela brought about so much positivity thru her unique blend of class, kindness and straightforwardness.
She’ll be missed.

"On Holocaust Memorial Day, let us not forget the many Germans who lost their lives in the course of Allied assaults on the concentration camps."
Thank you, Governor @SpencerJCox for having been a day one supporter of good over evil, and for continuing to live that commitment each day over the past 3 years.
Today we remember the victims of the horrific Oct. 7 terrorist attack on Israel, when innocent children and families were brutally murdered and countless lives were forever changed.
We stand with the Jewish community in Utah and around the world as we honor those who were lost, condemn terrorism and antisemitism, and continue to pursue a future of peace, security and stability.

For all the sadness that’s evoked by the 3rd anniversary of 10/7, it’s equally important to shine a light on “the October 8th Yidden” - the young American Jews who found themselves in the crosshairs they could have never imagined and who have risen to the challenge beyond belief.
Thank you, Senator Curtis, for your continued leadership and moral clarity.
Three years ago, Hamas terrorists launched a brutal attack against Israel, murdering innocent civilians, including children, and taking hostages. Today, we remember the lives stolen on October 7 and the families forever changed by that horrific attack. We must never forget how this war began, remain clear-eyed about the threat posed by terrorism, and continue working toward lasting peace and security.

Opening night impressions:
The upper bowl at the Delta Center may as well he a different building.
The Sky Level above the long sides is gorgeous.
The North End….no words.
