One important note...just because you put your ballot in the mail on Monday does not always mean it will receive a postmark that day (especially in rural Utah). So if you must wait to mail on Monday, make sure you go inside and ask the postmaster to postmark your ballot.

Lots of news about deadlines for mail-in ballots. The recent court rulings do NOT affect Utah. Remember that your ballot must be postmarked by MONDAY (the day before Election Day) and will be counted regardless of when it arrives. But don’t wait, get it in the mail right away...
