Just using my phone a bit more for Intercom today and I have to say the top missing feature after conversation tags for me is that I can't use any of the amazing integrations... like Bump interestingly from the @Userfeedio team as well!

One downside of gathering feedback via the convo app is that convo apps don't show when a convo is initiated via the Intercom API (form > zap > create convo). With our newest update, you can search/gather feedback via the Inbox app as well 🎉
