30,000 code changes per day is absurd by 3 or 4 orders of magnitude. They’re just churning tokens, hoping it magically becomes intelligent by itself. It’s pathetic.

한•우크라이나 간 비공개 합의가 있었느냐 없었느냐는 외교적 문제이죠. 그러나 합의의 존재 여부와 별개로, 국제인도법은 전쟁포로를 '공중의 호기심 (public curiosity)'으로부터 보호하도록 요구하고 있습니다.
특히 포로의 신원이나 행선지 공개가 본인이나 가족의 안전을 위협할 수 있다면, 공개에 신중해야 하는 것은 제네바협약의 인도주의적 정신에 부합합니다.
우크라이나가 이 사건으로 얻는 외교적 이익은 별론으로 하고, 포로 개인과 북한에 남은 가족이 감수해 야 할 위험까지 공개가 정당화될 수는 없습니다.
김정은 눈치보며 비공개 운운하는 국힘의 주장은 국제인도법의 기본정신도 모르는 무지의 소치이자 궤변입니다.

На рівні держави, поліції і інших безпекових органів, абсолютно ігнорується той факт, що купа малих альтуханів 15-17 років росте абсолютною руснею, живуть в русьнявому світі, поводять себе як русьня і скоро отримають право голосу. Не важко здогадатись, за кого вони проголосують. А якщо копнути в ці двіжухи, то за ними неприховано стирчать вуха прорусьнявих або конкретно русьнявих організацій. Думаю, в конторі в поліції навіть існують окремі відділи, які цим мали б займатись, але щось не дуже виходить.
