This season he is leads the Washington Capitals with +10. Second is +4. He is yet to be minus. That is in addition to his blocks and hits and 20 mins per game.

Spencer Carbery should be on Team Canada's coaching staff the next time they compete in the Olympics. One could even argue give him the HC. I think he's the best coach in the NHL outside the 4 obvious choices. This dude is infectious. He will win multiple cups. In Washington or elsewhere. He just gets it.
