New contract. Original Useful community.
We’ve allocated 1.11% of $USEFUL supply to @theunipcs, with daily auto-claims until Christmas.
You don’t owe us support. We’d like the chance to earn it.

a few things because there seems to be a lot of deliberate confusion around this:
1. i have repeatedly asked people not to send me tokens
i've also been extremely clear that if people do send me tokens, they're doing so knowing that i can (and most likely will) sell them
so sending me tokens and then calling it a 'rug' when i sell them is genuinely insane
2. i posted a clear notice before selling, not after (attached)
i didn't have to do this
i could have simply sold the tokens without saying anything and still been completely within my rights
3. i actually contemplated this one much more than usual because i think the idea of tokens/memecoins being paired with $USELESS is quite interesting
but, as i explicitly stated in my pre-sale notice, my issue was that this appeared to be a ~2-day-old token using the exact name and branding of another ~1-month-old token
token contract which was set up ~2 days ago for proof: solscan.io/token/GDeKVeV3cs6…
my perception was that i had been airdropped specifically to create the impression that i was holding it, which could then be used to vamp the other token
that's why i sold in this particular case
4. your post also seems to imply that the token i sold was the OG '1-year-old token'
but that was not communicated on their X until hours after i sold
so i'm genuinely curious:
what happened to the OG token from one year ago that they claim to represent?
was there an official migration?
did the original holders get airdropped the new token?
was there some documented progression from the old token into this one?
or is the explanation simply 'we launched a fresh token, airdropped Unipcs some supply, and then later said it was the OG token after he sold'?
if there are facts i'm missing, i'm completely open to them
but there clearly seems to be a disconnect here
and regardless, i reserve the right to sell any tokens people send me — something i've been repeatedly and emphatically clear about
so anyone who continues to airdrop me tokens after all those warnings knows exactly what they're doing
calling my sale a 'rug' is therefore disingenuous at best and malicious at worst and seems like a clear attempt to get triggered by nothing
the timeline speaks for itself

Useful people don’t give a flying Ffff what the markets are doing, they wake up and get to work
GM my useful friends 🙏
We understand both perspectives and appreciate the conversation.
Thank you to everyone supporting $USEFUL.
We shared the launch in our original Telegram group, so existing community members were among the first to receive the CA. Many of us have spent the past year and a half supporting Useful and contributing to charities together.
Now we’re using @LaunchOnSF’s new $USELESS pairing to distribute $USELESS rewards to holders across both communities.

I completely understand your point of view and you absolutely have the right to sell any tokens given to you.
When I said “rug” I meant it more in the in the slang term as in, the coin went significantly down.
I did not see anyone use you as they were just saying “we sent Unipcs tokens”. The team was making it very clear that you didn’t buy as they were stating on the apps (pump, fomo, x) that they sent you tokens. Ofc it would have been a dream I’m sure if you have liked the coin but it was made clear you did not buy it.
The OG token is $Useful from over a year ago:
HD3JBABeFkdZwUgKwhwJYqjLNrPWXEaDVfH4uMqRpump
It went up to 10M and was at 375k in May of this year, 200k in July, and 250k in August.
This token actually has a charity attached to it. They give 10% of their fees to clean up the Ocean. Which apparently this new Useful coin will still do.
The tech that was just released a couple days ago (which is over my head) is why the team thought it would be best for $Useful as it does support both $Useless and $Useful.
I want to tell you a story really quick.
I had an experience recently with a PvP situation.
I was in Froge on Stonk FOR MONTHS it was PvP after PvP but I liked the reward mechanism on the Froge I was in on Stonk and I held like a champ.
Then, here comes Robinhood releasing leveraged pre ipo stock pairs and the Froge that launched with this new feature on Robinhood, was the same dev that launched Froge on ETH and took it to 40M December of 2024.
The dev that had worked for so long didn’t want to just give Froge up bc another launch pad created something cool. So he did he what he had to do and he launched a second Froge (he actually kept the ETH one) And this was the first time that in a PvP situation, I couldn’t be mad and that I understood.
I sold my Stonk Froge and that was hard for me bc I really liked the tech but the team and the community were not up to par.
I had to go with the OG dev. The one who cared about it before these new interesting pairs ever even existed.
Tbh I don’t know this Useful team super well or anything but I do think that being a dev or a CTO lead can be such a life sucking, thankless job. So when I see people fight for that after years over the same ticker.. I mean I just think that means something.
Most people would say “forget this project, I can’t deal with it anymore”.
So when I see effort like that I think it means they’re truly passionate about the project and that’s so important.
Anyway, I’m sorry that I said you rugged me. You didn’t rug me. You just tanked the chart and you did have every right to do so.
Thank you for responding, I appreciate you being receptive. I truly was not trying to engagement farm you.
