Bessent is expected to reduce long-dated government bond issuance or even completely cancel the sale of 20-year debt.
The last time a major US treasury bond was cancelled/suspended was when the 30-year treasury bond was suspended in late 2001.

All the signs were there that the U.S. intended to starve the world of fuel.
Governments don't want you to learn history, because they literally repeat it.
What happened in the 1970s is happening again, but this time instead of a 4% reduction in oil it's 20%. The U.S. is intentionally blowing up refineries in Russia & Australia, pipelines to Europe, capturing Venezuela so additional oil supply can't come online.
The goal is to starve China and the world of oil, collapsing industrial capacity outside of the U.S. and sucking all of the Dollars in circulation back into the U.S.
The U.S. doesn't care how bad the economy gets, as long as it's worse everywhere else.

The economic lockdowns of 2020 were the greatest crime ever committed against the people of the world.
The "once in 100 year virus" narrative was just the excuse to lockdown the economy which halted money velocity, allowing them to print $6 trillion and bail out the system without causing hyper-inflation.
They destroyed small businesses, careers and lives of regular people to save their billionaire buddies.

There are several warfronts on the geopolitical chessboard. The economy is suffering. There is historic levels of cash on the sidelines, due to Risk Off conditions... market wide. We are in the thick of Summer duldrums, and you think they changed the Algorithm.
The remedy is - slow down.
Deleverage - not maximize it.
Take less than you normally would and be content with enough.
ANYONE, pretending to be a "Mentor" or "Influencer" right now, who tries to tell you to size up, trade more frequently is telling you in no uncertain terms, they should be ignored, unfollowed and publicly shunned.
