Hi @Brother_UK! Organising DeclutterCon, the UK's first decluttering event for neurodivergent brains (10 Oct, Sheffield). Our delegates love a P-touch to keep systems going! Any chance of a raffle prize or discount code? Who's best to ask? 🏷️
Still no response from @asda or @AsdaServiceTeam 😕
Replying to @AsdaServiceTeam
@AsdaServiceTeam how do I raise a complaint about a store experience please? I’m disabled & this morning desperate for a toilet, I asked C/Service if they had a disabled toilet, or any toilet I could use as I was in pain, almost in tears. He told me to go to Sainsbury’s. 1/2
Loving #triplive so far! Wishing the question about Labour doing well in 1st 100days had been asked again but adding ‘based on media/optics’ as I think results would’ve been different. Great audience in Manchester today. Didn’t realise I’d be laughing quite so much!
Absolutely awful new system from @altontowers. Booked overnight stay. Already have access card & RAP card. Totally unable to book as the month is fully booked. So what are we meant to do - other than cancel the whole trip? What’s the point in having the card? #actuallyautistic

A eBay seller (trader not individual) just tried to fob me off an say I should go to the manufacturer, after I contacted it when the tech item I bought went faulty. This may be practical but isn't correct. I thought their response and my reply may be useful to others...
[I have anonymised some bits as not picking on an individual but explaining the concept]
eBay Trader: Hello Martin. Thank you for reaching out, your [ITEM] has come with warranty from [MANUFACTURER]. you will need to contact them for any warranty support
Thank you
My reply: Thank you. I am also speaking to [MANUFACTURER], and hopefully it will sort it. If not however I need to be plain your answer isn't correct under UK law.
My legal rights are with you as the retailer, and they are Statute based. The warranty is a contractual document. If the [ITEM] is faulty (which it is) then it is your legal obligation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to deal with that. As it is more than a month after purchase - repair or replacement is the obligation. legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/201…
I hope {MANUFACTURER] can fix it, but if not then I will be coming back to you to ask you to look after this.
Kind regards

PS no they don't know who I am (though they may work it out after the reply).
Why are we clapping for a man ironing HIS OWN CLOTHES @BBCBreakfast? This should be the norm when in most households both people work.

Pls share. Many are worried after reports that Etsy, eBay, Vinted etc will start automatically passing sales info to HM Revenue. To set your mind at rest, best to read our full guide at moneysavingexpert.com/news/2…, but in brief
1. There is no new tax
2. Unless you're 'trading' selling your old stuff isn't taxed
3. Only sales over c£1,700 or more than 30 items a year are reported
Great time at @altontowers but this #vegan pizza and a bit of salad at the explorers pasta & pizza buffet cost me about £17!! Yes that is a topping of just sauce, onion and sweetcorn. That’s it. Disappointingly grim.

We get asked this question often and we wanted to share some reassurance 👇 1/3
@virginmediayou - a disgrace. Requested an engineer. Assured broadband would work after a year of issues upon renewal & promised an engineer. I’m meant to be working from home & can’t!! Exposed wires are the problem. Told today if they raise a engineer visit it’ll be cancelled!!
@virginmedia also told by your team I can’t raise a complaint! Next stop CISAS & financial services ombudsman as when I renrewed it was on the provision that I would have working broadband.
The original tweet says much more about the person tweeting than the individual in the photo.
I want to help as many people as possible kick start their declutter journey, and I’m doing a free challenge starting on Monday where everyone’s invited that wants to start to declutter journey x
