Clear to see why Notre Dame doesn't join a conference. Maybe they should try the Sun Belt?

1/ Back in November, @coinbase ran a Coinbase One member promo: Send them qualifying crypto and get 3% matched in BTC, paid out monthly over 2 years. I was skeptical, read every line of the terms, then sent $1M in BTC anyway. First payout just hit. Here’s how it’s going so far

10/ July 2026 update: We're 1/3 through the promotion. Since Bitcoin is down since my deposited $1mil, my rate of return is higher since the monthly payment is fixed. Good news for me since those were dormant coins anyways. Monthly payment: 0.0208 BTC Total received: 0.1363 BTC Avg monthly payment: 0.01704 BTC Base value: $10,000 Current value: $8,423 Return on free money: -15.8% Total CC rewards: 0.04212 BTC Current value: $2,693 Return on free money: -20%

Ric Edelman manages roughly $337 billion with Edelman Financial Engines. He encourages a 10-40% allocation in bitcoin. Checking latest 13F filing, his firm holds $34 million between IBIT and GBTC. Looks like .01%? So, is the firm not trusted? Are his advisors terrible at what they do? I'm pretty curious.

#BITCOIN $BTC After the last down year Bitcoin was dead. The following years +94%, +305%, +59%. Been buying since 16'. Was "down huge" in 18'. Watched the traders lose everything trying to time moves perfectly. "Down huge" again? Have long term goals and ignore the noise.

You can make money on meme coins and shitcoins. But if you don’t take the profits and rotate them into Bitcoin (or stables), you’ll lose it all trying to double down on your losers. I've Seen it in every single cycle. You listen to influencers who are literally dumping on you. Profit → buy Bitcoin with the profits → hold. Play with those shitcoins on the side.

I listened to Elizabeth Warren talk about the Clarity Act. The performance is equal parts rage, confusion, and stupidity. She’s a shrill, decaying old woman who’s clearly not in touch with reality. I pity anyone who has to sit through that daily (family, staff, and I’d say friends, but that’s unlikely). Anyone trapped in a room with that mix of bitterness and decline has my sympathy.

Clarity vote fails the senate. Luckily, #Bitcoin doesn't need clarity.

For #Bitcoin the Jackson Hole speech is Mildly bearish / neutral-to-bearish for Bitcoin in the immediate term. Highlights being: -2% inflation target as non-negotiable -no dovish surprise on liquidity, yields, or policy easing, and no strong new endorsement of stablecoins or tokenization beyond acknowledging the payments discussion -avoided signaling whether a September hike is more or less likely

Remember when $BTC was smashing ATHs and everyone was like "just waiting for the dip to load up!!" Now it's down huge, literal fire sale. Crickets. No "buy the dip" memes. Timeline's a ghost town. Where'd all those big talkers go? #Crypto in a nutshell: geniuses at the top, invisible at the bottom. Is anyone else actually buying right now? #Bitcoin #BTC

#Bitcoin $BTC Bitcoin shorts adding fuel. Revenge trading is always a good idea. Make it all back in 1 trade, right?

#Bitcoin bitcoin:native My favorite part about this mini pump so far is just that. A mini pump. 99% of the newbs haven't seen what bitcoin can do. This can blow your face off while you are sidelined. I'll answer all the plebs questions again at the next ATH.

#Bitcoin $BTC Realistically, you can probably accumulate around these levels for a few months. If you aren't DCA'ing yet I would start. Your goal for the backend of this bear market should be to accumulate as much as possible. Don't get liquidated. NFA.

$BTC #Bitcoin The moment of capitulation. These are always the hardest times to buy. You think "maybe it just keeps going down all the way to 0". On the contrary, its the easiest time to sell. "I'm finally done with this shit." And then eventually, the inevitable:
