.@GenLayer last week:
@courtofinternet × @MetaMask: an AI jury can revoke an agent's Smart Account delegation if it acts against the user's intent
Tested on 179,842 past @Polymarket markets, every resolution matched the real outcome
Clarke testnet is the release candidate. Mainnet + GEN TGE targeted for Q4 2026
Justice needs an upgrade
HOW IT IS WORK?
@lumera in 30 seconds: validators on top, SuperNodes underneath, proofs in between.
Consensus above. Work below.
.@monad, the week (Oct 12–18)
DeFi TVL is holding near $1B at ~$978M. monad:native slid from $0.027 to $0.022, and the work didn't slow down.
Private Settlement explained: private execution domains on the L1, settling against shared liquidity nONYC lands via Plume Vaults, bringing OnRe's reinsurance backed yield to EVM Category Labs publishes Tree-BTE, groundwork for post-quantum encrypted mempools CertiK snapshot: ~$1B TVL, $2.64B in 30d DEX volume, $1.11B in lending supply Metropolis submissions closed. Blitz ran in Medellin and Shanghai
Celestia, mid October 2026: the build is real, and usage is catching up
celestia:native is up ~59% in four weeks, its highest level of 2026, and still ~97% below its 2024 high. Here is what drove it
Derive V3 went live on Oct 8. A top onchain options venue, with $14.2B in notional this year, settles on Ethereum and posts its state data to @celestia
Fibre benchmark: 3.07 Tb/s across 120 validators, with peaks of 4.27 Tb/s. Mainnet starts at up to 128 MiB, and activation still needs validators to signal
Tokenomics: issuance is ~2.5% and falling toward 1.5%. The Sustainable Blob Economy proposal aims to replace part of it with paid demand.
Adoption is real. Usage has to follow
BlobPedia, our @celestia knowledge base for AI agents, just got three new answers
Which server to rent. 1,427 servers from 23 providers, each with a verdict for every node role (validator, bridge, Fibre) and the reason. The verdicts are Pulse's own, so your agent never guesses
Whether the provider has trouble. Every server detail lists the provider's open status page incidents
Whether Fibre is ready. On Mocha on 13 Oct, 82 of 85 validators were ready, holding 99.73% of stake against the 66.67% needed. Losing 6 validators, 3 providers or 3 countries would break 2/3.
Data from @Cumulo_pro
It all runs through one MCP endpoint, and every new answer names its source. No key needed.

It also works in Claude.ai, Cursor, Windsurf and VS Code.
Monad, the week (Oct 5–11)
@monad Private Settlement: Category Labs published a design for confidential execution domains on the public L1. They are enabled by a standard EVM contract, with encrypted transactions, state and code, and atomic settlement against shared Monad liquidity. Built for banks, funds and treasuries.
Cadence demoed at Open Singapore: multiple concurrent proposers, targeting ~100 ms blocks and ~300 ms finality
Typewriter is out, open source: custom sequencing, millisecond confirmations, gas sponsorship, built in accounts
$MON is now on @RobinhoodApp. @plumenetwork Nest Vaults have landed on Monad
Privacy for institutions, speed for everyone
Just submitted Kudy to CLOCK IN, a Solana Mobile hackathon presented by Radiants.

@solanamobile
We shipped Modeq on GenLayer and wrote down five things we learned: why strict_eq breaks on LLM output, a real transaction lifecycle UI, Studio wallet traps, a no-wallet demo account and an RPC fallback.

Content moderation you can audit.
Modeq: GenLayer validators classify each post with an LLM, a majority has to agree, and fixed thresholds in the contract decide ALLOW, FLAG or BLOCK. The model never gets the final call.

I red-teamed it live: prompt injection, a smuggled JSON verdict, delimiter injection and a fake debug-mode jailbreak.
All four were blocked and are still in the public log.

Celestia, the week.
Fibre, @Celestia's high-throughput data availability protocol, posted its end-to-end benchmark: 3.07 Tb/s on average across 120 validators, verified onchain.
Peaks hit 3.69 Tb/s over 60 seconds and 4.27 Tb/s over 30.
The road to mainnet: app v10 is live on Mocha and validators are setting up Fibre servers.
Mainnet starts at up to 128 MiB and scales toward 3Tb/s and beyond. No date yet.
Derive V3, the onchain options protocol with $14B+ notional in 2026, is moving its data availability to Celestia.
Proven at 3 Tb/s, heading to mainnet.
Lumera, three weeks in
@FalconXGlobal, 1XP and NTT DOCOMO GLOBAL joined the validator set, and the team says more are coming
A Lagrange partnership: zkML proofs for AI inference are now kept permanently in Cascade.
And on 29 September, Seoul Builder Night before Korea Blockchain Week: the Intelligence Layer, SuperNodes, EVM for builders and @cascade_xyz as memory for agents.

One dashboard for the whole network: validators, data availability, blob space, bridge nodes, staking economics and network health. Mainnet Beta and Mocha testnet on @celestia , one click apart
New sections just landed: Blob space, per block fill and top proposers Rollups, a namespace leaderboard by data posted Bridge nodes Service health
Operator tools and snapshots if you run a node. Validator performance, providers and geography if you stake. Reports for 24h, 7d and 30d if you study the network.

This week on the Hub:
- Neutron governance attack: what happened, and the Hub's response
- Paxos Proposal 1054 passed and is funded
- One-step USDC transfers live on Injective
- Roadmap update coming next week
Forum Recap: forum.cosmos.network/t/hub-w…
.@cosmos, the week of 21 to 27 September.
A governance exploit on Neutron sent part of the stolen ATOM to the Hub over IBC. The Hub itself was not hacked
Validators halted the network for about 24.5 hours, restarted it on Gaia v28.3.0 and took 1,227,121 ATOM back from the attacker. About 500K had already been swapped out through THORChain
Victims get paid only after a separate Hub governance vote
Meanwhile, the Paxos funds were delivered, and Cosmos Labs joined LF Decentralized Trust alongside SWIFT and Wells Fargo
Our team submitted to the Build with @CoinMarketCap API Hackathon
Most holders already took funds off the exchange
They check once in a while. What they get back is a naked percentage with no context. We built a writer, not a dashboard
It messages you when something moves, and it tells you whether that move belongs to your coins or to the whole market. CoinMarketCap data underneath.

.@monad , the week of 14 to 20 September.
Moose is in beta. @0xFastLane shipped a fully onchain aggregator: the route is chosen at execution time, on the chain itself, with no quote server in the path. The launch is confirmed, volume was not published.
@aave published its receipts. 46 days in, the Monad market is the 3rd largest Aave deployment by fees and 5th by TVL at ~$321M. $318M borrowed against $659M supplied, $750k+ in fees since July, around $24k a week in protocol revenue.
The security team ran an experiment on LLMs writing contracts. Telling a model to "be secure" barely moved the bug count. Putting a threat model in the prompt cut findings by roughly 43%.
Also on the record: a Rain Cards interview on stablecoin payments, Blitz Paris, Blitz Mumbai V4 and the Metropolis Hacker House in Hangzhou, and a teaser that just said PRIVACY, SOON.
Monad, the week of 7 to 13 September
DeFi TVL crossed $1B for the first time on 9 September and peaked at $1.035B on the 12th, up 4.8% on the week across 137 protocols. Spot set a record too: $513M of DEX volume in a single day on 8 September
37.97M transactions over seven days, a five-week high, at 62.8 average TPS
But the other side of the ledger cooled. Active addresses 62,683, down 19.9%. New contracts 15,118, down 60.9%. MON went from $0.026 to $0.023 while TVL hit its all-time high
Shipped: @monad API Hub, pay-per-request in USDC with no keys and no subscriptions, launching with Nansen, DefiLlama, ElevenLabs, Exa and Apify, then MiniMax. Ultrafuzz went open source.
Arrived: 1inch with the full stack, o1 Exchange, Ledger MON staking, Drake Exchange perps, Glider, Rocket Markets, Murk in public beta
Liquidity and infrastructure ran ahead of the crowd. That is the week
