Chitra Ramkrishna was at the center of a major corporate governance scandal at NSE, popularly known as the “Yogi scam”. 🧾 Key allegations: 1. Leaking confidential information: She was accused of sharing sensitive internal NSE information with an unknown 'spiritual guru', whom she claimed was guiding her from the Himalayas via email. The CBI and SEBI alleged that this so-called guru had influence over major business decisions at NSE. 2.
