Deadline: 12:00 PM, Sep 30, 2026.
Teams will demo their products from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM at Hung Vuong University HCMC, Le Duc Tho Campus.
On-site demos are preferred. Teams with valid reasons may request to demo online.

The Qualifying Round will take place across two submission rounds, with different formats for teams to participate.
