Thankful to the Lord for another beautiful day to get out & work. 🙏🏻 Taking the advantage of this weather, trusting the process, & making the most of every opportunity to grow. 💪🏻 The work doesn’t stop. Proverbs 14:23 — “All hard work brings a profit.” ✝️🥎

PGF Bownet Championship 📸
6IP with 14 Ks. Including a pitcher’s duel 1-0 bracket game, snagged 3Ks to end it!
Batting I had 1 double, 2 singles and was walked 5 times. One of my singles helped us get on the lead and stay there for a 6-5 win in pool play. Proud of my team’s performance just falling short in the semis. Can’t wait for Ray Seymour! @UnityDenmark @VAUnitySB @CoachMetroUNYBT @PrepSoftball @flpgfmedia

Finished the weekend 4-2 with my team in Clermont. We started slow but found our rhythm and finished strong. Proud of how we competed and even more motivated after everything I learned this weekend. Lots of room to grow, so it's back to work! Keep Grinding!

Another great hitting lesson with Coach Gavin tonight! Working on adding power and consistency to my swing while continuing to learn and improve. A big bonus tonight: new PR exit velocity of 74.5 mph! 🔥 The work is paying off, but we're just getting started! 💪

Made an error? You get 5 seconds.
5 seconds…
- to acknowledge it.
- to breathe.
- to let it go.
Then reset and get back to work.
You can’t change the last play, but you can control what you do with the next one.
Don’t let one mistake become two.
Reset. Refocus. Respond.

1-0 ball games are few and far between these days.
What a pitching and defensive gem by both teams.
Proud of @UnityDenmark for getting the win.
More work to do today, ladies. 💪🏽🔥🙌🏽
