Crying in baseball is allowed today. This was a perfect exit for future first ballot Hall of Famer Justin Verlander. So awesome.

High school players are being rushed to commit way too early. Getting committed isn’t the goal. Finding the right place is. A place you can develop. A place you can play. Coaches you trust. A school you want to attend. Don’t let someone else’s timeline decide your future.

Hitting From “Launch Position" If I could give every hitter in the world one drill, it is this one. • Get into the ground & get to “launch position” pause, a real pause, count “one 1,000” • From that pause there's no more loading up. • Everything should feel loaded, synced up, & connected from the ground up like a drawn bow at full tension. • Everything from there is forward through the ball and holding the finish, no wasted movement. To it & through it. • Controlled violence & direction with a great finish. The ball flight will take care of itself if the setup & post contact direction is right. From there, work your way back into your normal swing with the same levels of efficiency & direction “through” it. This is a staple in the @unfinishedPD Pullside Gap Backspin Program

D1 NJCAA Baseball is standing room only! Lots of elite athletes trying to find AB’s and Innings on the bump. Talent is beginning to spread our far and wide at ALL levels and divisions of college baseball.

So everybody calls Tristan Peters a former Savanah Banana but he actually played for them when they were just a normal college summer team. He never did any dancing or backflips he’s just a legitimate ballplayer and he’s bringing the Sox back to the playoffs

What I don’t get is these kids entering the portal every year. Start limiting these transfers to one free transfer and after that you sit a year. #transferportal
