Anthropic’s potential $2 TRILLION IPO comes with some staggering numbers 😳
The WSJ reviewed a draft filing showing $16.3 billion in revenue for the first half of 2026, compared with $1.1 billion a year earlier.
But the spending commitments are even bigger:
• Roughly $450 billion committed to cloud services over the next 7–10 years
• That includes $111 billion with Google, $110 billion with Amazon, and $31 billion with Microsoft
• Total future infrastructure costs above $600 billion
• Nearly $9 billion spent on computing in six months—already more than all of 2025
The filing also shows an $80.7 billion net loss, although roughly $72 billion came from accounting charges related to fundraising instruments.
Another detail: just TWO customers generated about 20% of revenue.
And roughly a third of the document is devoted to risks, from AI causing real-world harm to political resistance against data centers.
Explosive growth. Enormous commitments. A potential valuation of up to $2 trillion.
