COVID-19 hugely impacted everyone and increased the amount of people impacted by mental health problems. 2019 had 10.9% of 16–39-year-olds with moderate to severe symptoms of depression, by 2020 it had increased to 31% due to lockdown and lack of contact with friends and family.
