𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴, 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘴 𝘶𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦. 😌 I was recently impacted by restructuring at @MEXC, bringing my chapter as Regional Growth Marketing Lead to a close. While transitions are never easy, I’m choosing to reflect with gratitude on what we built. Over the past months leading regional growth and marketing across Africa’s fast-evolving Web3 ecosystem, here are some wins I’m proud of: ✅ Led localized growth and performance marketing strategies that helped rank #MEXC among the top 3 most downloaded crypto apps across key African markets in Q1 2025. ✅ Drove organic traffic growth through SEO-led content strategy, localized UGC content & community growth initiatives pushing local channel Q/Q growth by 150%. ✅ Rebuilt and optimized our local creator marketing playbook that improved acquisition efficiency, strengthened conversion performance, and accelerated user growth across priority markets ✅ Spearheaded high-impact regional community activations, including partnership with @africablockfest & hosting #MEXC Africa’s first-ever CEO AMA, which became one of the region’s strongest-performing live engagement campaigns ✅ Also built and executed integrated go-to-market strategies across PR, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, events, community growth, and KOL collaborations. Beyond the metrics, this experience sharpened my ability to scale growth in emerging markets and leadership skills in fast-paced environments. My 2025 Career Growth Highlight reel. 🎬 - I got promoted at my former company #Binance. - I landed a new #Web3 growth marketing role at MEXC. - I wrote a new book. - I ran a viral LinkedIn campaign. - I landed my first brand partnership with #Sorce (YC F25). - I had my first international speaking engagement at @africablockfest - I built a community of 3,000+ people. - I traveled to new countries. But what people don’t see: - The late nights. - The self-doubt. - The days when nothing moved. - The moments I questioned if any of this was worth it. Showing up when motivation disappeared. Choosing progress over comfort. Building quietly when quitting felt easier. And most importantly… I’m grateful that I’m alive. 🫶🏽 And now? 2026 promises more. More leverage. More impact.
