one of my few remaining childhood memories that isn't trauma is going to a library in my town and using the elevator, mostly because it was a replacement for Blockbuster to "rent" VeggieTales VHS tapes, but I distinctly remember the coolness and silence of the stairwell.

I dunno why, in an age where I can just buy specific copies if they appear online or in thrift stores, I still sometimes have dreams of going to a similar library specifically to search for VeggieTales VHS tapes, and taking a long elevator to a dark ass room.

Clickteam is fine, after all my years using it I think you can accomplish more with it than people give credit, limitations have workarounds (if you invest the time to develop it), but I'd rather switch to a platform with higher feature sets and continuous development.

I want to start a new small series since Fad Freakshow is wrapping up, Torpor is too expensive to work on rn, and I just want a series I can do whatever with that won't be expensive to produce that gets like five downloads total. Idk, will come up with a game loop sometime.
