100 REASONS WHY NIGERIA NEEDS ATIKU 🇳🇬 | REASON NO. 50
A nation’s resources must work for its people, not go to waste. Responsible public spending, budget discipline, transparency, and accountability are essential for national development.
Nigeria needs a system where every naira spent delivers real value to citizens. From education and healthcare to infrastructure and job creation, public funds must be managed efficiently to improve the lives of Nigerians.
The question is simple: How can we build a prosperous Nigeria without accountability in government spending?

Don’t Give Tinubu a Second Term, ADC-PCC Tells Nigerian Youths
......Says Petrol ‘Discount’ Is a Scam as Pump Prices Remain Above ₦1,400 Per Litre
The African Democratic Congress Presidential Campaign Council (ADC-PCC) has urged Nigerian youths to reject the All Progressives Congress (APC) and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the January 16 presidential election, accusing the ruling party of failing the nation’s young people after years in power.
The ADC-PCC said the APC, after more than a decade in government, had failed to deliver meaningful improvements in the lives of Nigerian youths, leaving millions grappling with unemployment, poverty and an increasingly unbearable cost of living.
The Council maintained that Nigerian youths, who constitute a significant segment of the country’s population, deserve a government with practical solutions to their challenges and a clear vision for their future.
The Director of Media and Publicity of the ADC-PCC, Kola Ologbondiyan, made the call during an interaction with ADC youth leaders in Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State at the weekend.
Ologbondiyan warned that voting Tinubu for a second term would amount to a grave political miscalculation by young Nigerians, who, he said, had borne the brunt of the APC administration’s economic policies.
“As youths, you have spent almost 12 years under the APC government confronting difficult economic circumstances, with many graduates struggling to find decent employment.
For far too many, the available options have been petty trading, recharge card sales and operating point-of-sale (POS) businesses simply to survive.
“Every promise made by this government appears to end in disappointment. The latest example is the so-called discount on petrol prices, which the government claims will bring the pump price down to ₦1,350 per litre.
“Check the filling stations in your neighbourhood, and you will discover that Nigerians are still paying above ₦1,400 per litre. What, then, is the reality behind this so-called discount?” he queried.
Ologbondiyan urged the youths not to continue supporting a political party that, according to him, had failed to provide credible answers to their economic and social challenges.
“You cannot continue to vote for a party that has failed to demonstrate a clear commitment to your future. The time has come to support a candidate who has proposed practical measures to make life affordable for Nigerians.
“Go to your various wards and take the message of affordable living to the people. Tell Nigerians that an alternative is available through our presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and his running mate, Rotimi Amaechi,” he said.
Ologbondiyan described the purported petrol price discount announced by the Tinubu administration as misleading, arguing that the government's announcement had not translated into the expected relief for ordinary Nigerians.
He insisted that motorists and other petrol consumers continued to face high pump prices, while reports of queues at filling stations pointed to persistent difficulties in accessing the product.
“No Nigerian should be asked to celebrate a discount that exists only in government announcements while the reality at the filling stations tells a different story.
“People are still buying petrol above ₦1,400 per litre, and Nigerians continue to struggle with the cost of transportation, business operations and other essential services.
“You cannot announce relief on television and social media and expect Nigerians to ignore what they experience every day. The people need tangible relief, not another round of publicity,” he said.
He accused the APC administration of repeatedly making promises that, in the ADC-PCC’s assessment, had failed to produce meaningful improvements in the lives of Nigerians.
Breaking News: ATIKU'S POLICE DIGNITY GUARANTEE PLAN (PDGP)
Highpoints
1. Audit and settle verified pension arrears and gratuity claims against published payment dates.
2. Establish a pension floor and review it as the cost of living changes.
3. Provide insured healthcare for officers in service and in retirement.
4. Review police pay so serving officers can feed their families without drawing down their pension savings.
5. Before retirement, every officer will receive a clear record of contributions and entitlements, a named contact to resolve disputes, and a dependable payment date - guaranteed in the budget and published.
"Police officers have given Nigeria their strength and their years. Those who protect this country must be able to protect their families. And when their service ends, Nigeria must keep its word to them.” ~ HE Atiku Abubakar

I saw the video yesterday, in which he refers to someone as Hitler and speaks like a thug, commanding people to beat him up whenever they see him.
I don’t see the wisdom in allowing this man, called Sheikh or whatever, to be Atiku campaign coordinator in Kaduna State.
And if he is truly referring to @ModibboSanusi in the widely circulated video from their brief meeting with the @BalarabeR_ and others in Kaduna, then this is a totally disrespectful way to treat a young man who has given and sacrificed almost everything to protect the interests of the ADC and Mallam Nasir El-Rufai.
The video genuinely pissed me off.
The ADC members have asked to Panel beat @ModibboSanusi whenever they see him coming again for any of their gatherings or meetings.
Stop pigeonholing yourself in a space that doesn’t want you. This is embarrassment of the highest order. 😭

The diabolical nature of Kwankwaso’s politics does not end at his determination to do anything to stop AA because it basically ends his own presidential ambition.
It’s so diabolical that he is and will continue to undermine his own presidential candidate because that does not also serve his ambition.
The only thing that serves Kwankwaso’s ambition is a president who can only legally and constitutionally serve one more term.
This is why he will do everything in his power NOT to win and everything he can do to make sure AA doesn’t win.
P.S. In his mind, being VP to PO does not serve him. He neither likes nor respects PO enough to serve under him. And he doesn’t trust PO to run a single term.
Nigerians really need to understand that these two are playing games with each other. None of them is man enough to decisively deal with the treachery of the other. Both of them thinking that they are smart enough to outsmart the other.
At the end of the day, they will both lose.
Prof. Ahmad Shehu @ahmadpullo has declared that Tinubu must go 2027!
91 DAYS TO A DEFINING MOMENT!
Every vote matters. Every voice counts. Every Nigerian deserves a future filled with hope, opportunity, dignity, and prosperity.
As Nigeria approaches the 2027 elections, the conversation must focus on the future we want to build: an economy that works for everyone, quality education, affordable living, better healthcare, job creation, and security for all.
The future of our nation is too important to leave to chance. Let us keep the conversation alive, engage constructively, and make the issues that matter to Nigerians our priority.
Together, let’s build a better Nigeria!

🚨 STOP THE BRAIN DRAIN, RESTORE OPPORTUNITIES!
Nigeria is losing talented doctors, nurses, engineers, lecturers, and other skilled professionals to countries where they can find better salaries, working conditions, and career opportunities. 🇳🇬💔
Our country must become a place where talent is valued, hard work is rewarded, and young people can build successful futures without feeling compelled to seek opportunities abroad.
Nigeria needs policies that create jobs, improve working conditions, attract investment, and give our professionals a compelling reason to stay and contribute to national development.
The goal should be simple: make Nigeria a country where people can build their dreams, not just a country they dream of leaving.

ADC-PCC: Kwankwaso Cannot Distract Us; His Response Exposes Alleged Alliance with APC, Tinubu
…Challenges NDC Vice-Presidential Candidate to Stop Attacking Atiku and Confront Tinubu Over Nigeria’s Worsening Crisis
The African Democratic Congress Presidential Campaign Council (ADC-PCC) has dismissed Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso’s response to its earlier statement as diversionary, insisting that his reaction has further raised questions about his political alignment with the All Progressives Congress (APC) and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The ADC-PCC had earlier advised Kwankwaso, the vice-presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), whose presidential candidate is Peter Obi, to stop attacking the ADC presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and redirect his energy towards holding the ruling APC accountable for its failures.
The Council maintained that, as an opposition figure, Kwankwaso should be challenging the Tinubu administration over the worsening economic hardship, insecurity and declining living standards confronting Nigerians, rather than repeatedly targeting Atiku and the ADC.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the Director of Media and Publicity of the ADC-PCC, Kola Ologbondiyan, said Kwankwaso’s response had failed to address the substance of the Council’s concerns.
According to the ADC-PCC, Kwankwaso casually mentioned the APC in his defence but devoted much of his response to attacking the ADC, a development it said raised questions about his priorities as an opposition leader.
“Why is Senator Kwankwaso making our candidate the issue instead of confronting the ruling APC, whose policies have made life increasingly difficult for millions of Nigerians?” the Council asked.
It argued that Nigerians were more concerned about hunger, insecurity, high fuel prices, the depreciation of the naira and the crushing economic hardship under the APC-led government than political exchanges among opposition figures.
The Council insisted that these national challenges should be the priority of any politician genuinely committed to providing an alternative to the Tinubu administration.
It further challenged Kwankwaso to explain why his political attacks appeared more frequently directed at Atiku and the ADC than at the ruling party responsible for the country's current challenges.
“For the avoidance of doubt, the ADC cannot and will not be distracted by Senator Kwankwaso,” the Council declared.
Describing the ADC as a strong and increasingly accepted political platform, the ADC-PCC said it remained focused on mobilising Nigerians around its commitment to rescuing the country from what it described as the failures of APC governance.
The Council also challenged Kwankwaso to stop using attacks on the ADC to curry political favour with the ruling party and instead demonstrate the courage to openly align himself with the APC if he shares its political agenda.
The ADC-PCC reaffirmed its determination to remain united, focused and committed to offering Nigerians a credible alternative in the 2027 general election.

I was trying to discuss Atiku Abubakar’s policy proposals with a fellow Nigerian, and he responded, “You’re wasting your time. Even if Atiku does nothing as President, I will still vote for him. My mind is already made up.” 🤣
The depth of anger Nigerians feel toward Tinubu is striking and, frankly, alarming. Atiku is clearly positioning himself as the alternative.
RENEWING HOPE. REBUILDING NIGERIA. RESTORING PROSPERITY.
Alhaji Atiku Abubakar represents a vision of a Nigeria where businesses can thrive, young people can access opportunities, workers can live with dignity, and every citizen can dream of a better tomorrow.
The mission is clear: rebuild our economy, restore public confidence, create jobs, strengthen our institutions, and put the welfare of Nigerians first.
The future of Nigeria must be built on competence, accountability, opportunity, and national unity—not empty promises.

NIGERIA NEEDS A LEADER WHO UNITES, NOT DIVIDES!
Nigeria belongs to all of us, regardless of our tribe, religion, region, or political background. Our greatest strength lies in our diversity, and our future depends on leadership that brings us together to build a better nation.
Today, millions of Nigerians are worried about the rising cost of living, unaffordable transportation, unemployment, insecurity, and the struggle to provide basic necessities for their families.
Nigerians deserve more than promises. They deserve practical solutions, accountable leadership, economic opportunities, and a government that listens to their concerns.
This is why leadership matters. Nigeria needs a leader who understands the importance of national unity, economic stability, private-sector growth, job creation, and equal opportunities for every citizen.
H.E. Atiku Abubakar represents the leadership alternative we are campaigning for under the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Together with his running mate, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, the mission is to offer Nigerians a new direction focused on recovery, opportunity, and national progress.
Our campaign is about issues, not ethnicity. It is about solutions, not empty promises. It is about the Nigerian people and the future we want to leave for the next generation.
The question is simple: Do we want Nigerians to continue struggling, or do we want a future where hard work can lead to a better life?
The choice is ours. The responsibility is ours. The future is ours!
