For anyone who thinks that Roblox’s AI moderation isn’t flawed, look below 👇 In the email I was sent by Roblox support, they entail that it was a “voice chat conversation” which caused me to be banned. Now, look at my actual ban notice, do you notice how they provide three specific CHAT evidence IDs for my ban? Is this not contradictory? And if you’re thinking that chat evidence ID could mean voice chat as well, Roblox does not document voice chat logs (if they did, you’d be able to view them on your ROA). I still don't have my account Azazel2z back you know this is a mistake and it has nothing to do with us and is not our fault at all, So when will you give us our accounts back or will you ever even give us our accounts back? Its unfair how my account I've put thousands into whilst supporting your game and following rules. was taken away because roblox accidentally made an "error" and linked multiple random accounts that have nothing to do with me to my account ones that aren't even mine. And you say appeal this but I've been trying to appeal this for almost over a month and I still haven't had any assistance with the situation or gotten my account "Azazel2z" back? All I get as a response is we cannot provide further information or to use the violations and appeals page or just straight looping me to appeal again? More then 20M players in just the eu in the past 90 days where effected by this. And ill do anything to prove that I have nothing to do with those accounts so I can have my account restored. Anyone’s account can be banned at any time. Got proof you’re innocent? @Roblox moderation doesn’t care. They won’t even bother to look at it. Moderation is automated. Relying on the same flawed system that incorrectly initiated the ban. Roblox needs to be held accountable. We deserve a fair moderation system that actually reviews evidence, listens to its users, and gives wrongly banned players a chance to appeal. I've also done multiple videos providing I have nothing to do with the accounts randomly linked to me called "ax" and "gr" Im not asking for special treatment I've just spent thousands on my account and lost it to one of roblox's technical errors and I willing to provide anything u ask as for evidence to show I have never seen those accounts and have nothing to do with them so I can get my account Azazel2z restored thank you
