Saw a lot of great bball this weekend.Only saw a couple good pg's out of like 40 but the glaring thing is many kids don't pass the ball or don't pass it on time.Easy shots are hard to come by cuz of the lack of passing. Coaches don't coach it or have consequences for not doing it

A true PG doesn’t have to be the best player, but they are the most important player on the court.
True PGs:
1. Leader of the team / coach on the floor
2. Unselfish / makes the right basketball play
3. Winning over individual stats
TRUE PG’s HELP YOU WIN‼️

You remember the one who wouldn't let you quit.

Where does culture live?
In what you allow.
What you praise
What you correct
What you ignore
What you repeat
What you tolerate
You don’t build culture in big talks.
You build it in everyday standards.

Winning doesn’t show up by accident.
It shows up after habits do.
Early mornings.
Late nights.
Great attitude.
Relentless effort.
Teammates over self.
You don’t win on game day.
You collect on game day.
