ENS is still fun to hold. You can fade the narrative, but you can’t erase it from the web3 stack. If someone still wants these names in a few years, it’s hard to permanently kill every reason to own one.

I think this sale may have actually been for $5,900,000 The wallet that purchased it transferred in $5,900,000 used $3m to buy it out of a loan in gondi, then transferred $2,900,000 to another wallet Gondi charges a 2% for buy and repay sales so the seller saves ~$60k going this route vs just listing it for $5.9m outright
