In Filipino culture we usually greet people “kain po” or “tara kain” or “kaon na” because Filipino culture is very food centric. We share meals, celebrate, do fiestas.
Sharing food with people i care about is a love language. If you tell us to fuck off if we invite you to eat we’d be very insulted. You can decline politely.

Everything is so overwhelming and confusing.
I’m really trying to get better.. just so confusing when they say all this up and down will be normal cause I was about to be quadruple paraplegic.. then try to rush me out. I’m so confused💀
