This is a joke, but, truth be told, we are exposed to much more serious UX manipulation every day - things that aren’t this obvious.
Great thread, @scottkubie! UX writing is so much more than mechanics and words. I’ve always loved the approach that @TheUXCC takes to training, and I’ve given higher consideration to their students.
